The breeze at dawn has secrets to tell you, don't go back to sleep is from a poem by Jelaluddin Rumi who happens to be a Sufi mystic poet from the 13the century. He is immensely interesting, so take a look into him if it's to your curiosity. Coleman Barks did most of his translations. You should check out Philip Glass's Monsters of Grace, specifically, if you type in Don't Go Back to Sleep in youtube something should pop up.

*yes, I know that The Life Aquatic is the best but I wanted to make this story up to recent events. so go to a theater near and fall in love with Moonrise Kingdom. Wes Anderson's work in general is stunning.
*chess and stars – all of the metaphors or whatever we choose to call them are based on actual things. Sicilian defense is overrated, though.
*higgs boson – yep, CERN found a boson, likely the higgs. as of five days (i think it's been five? july 4th. yes.)
*I believe in pink is the start of a nice quote by Audrey Hepburn.
*PLL books – did you know that in the books Spencer has dark blonde hair and green eyes? and her personality is very different from the one in the show. for curiosity's sake.
*the old man listening to music story is something you can see for yourself online at .com(/)watch?v=NKDXuCE7LeQ
*i want to be in love like roses and what you gave me back of i are my own doings. the excuse for them is that they're napkin poems, dabbles and drafts, attempts of beautiful things to grow without the pretense of being any good.

*KelseyO's You Make Me Feel and Draw Your Swords are fabulous Fabrastings stories

i wrote this story under the spells of austra's song, lose it. it's worth a listen.
there's a few reasons i shouldn't have written this at all, and there's a few for why i should have. now that i have, and it's here, i find myself still able to breathe which is as surprising as it is devastating. roses have spines, being alive has some as well. sometimes, watching trains disappear isn't the only thing you can do. sometimes, it is.
you choose.
bisous.
(:
