A/N: If you can't already tell by the name, this is one is in Garu's POV. It picks up on that same day that Pucca last wrote. I was at work when this came to me and I couldn't get it out of my mind until I wrote it. Two more things before I let you read.

I'm looking for a beta, not just for this story, but for my anime and Harry Potter's one too. If you're a beta or you know someone who is, please let me know or have them pm me if they want to edit my stuff for me. Thanks ^_^

I mention Pucca and Garu going out last time, but I'm not sure how to write it. So, my question to you dear readers is how would you like to hear about their date? In another journal entry or in an actually story format?

As always please read and review. And thank you once again for taking the time to read. 3

The Little Things I Should Have Said

July 3 9:13 am

This is the best type of summer morning; breezy and warm. Days like this make you just want to lay in the grass and watch the clouds go by. And after a day like yesterday, running around helping the villagers (and trying to stay away from Ring-Ring)...Speaking of yesterday, I ran into one girl I thought I had lost for forever.

While walking around the village, I ran into Pucca. She looked simply amazing; she was no longer the same ten-year-old girl who used to chase me around. Pucca was now a beautiful woman. I couldn't stop staring at her. I had to shake my-self out of; I couldn't just stand here and stare at her all day. I had to say something and when I did she seemed shocked. I almost forgot, this is the first time I've actually spoken to her. A few years after she left I was finally able to bring honor back to my family, ending my silence for good. You wouldn't believe how hard it was, to go so many year's without speaking, but I had to do it for my family. I had to put my feelings about the matter and (after awhile) my feelings for Pucca to the side. I didn't want to hurt her, but I also didn't want to pay her too much attention. If I did she would have gotten hurt...Oh, I know what you're thinking, Pucca get hurt, as if. But, you never know, it could happen one day.

I still wasn't done helping out around the village, so I asked her out for tomorrow...well, today now. She looked dazed when she answered me, but maybe she was shocked that I asked her out. But, I've waited eight years for her to come back and I'm not about to let this chance pass me by now.
