I don't own Hetalia

….. The doctor said that we can visit once JinHuang starting sitting up. And guess what?! He just did this afternoon! The excitement Ivan had when he saw his little Vanya doing it himself. When you see him again, you will never believe he was the same baby 5 months back. He is so big now. I'm starting to think that whatever my mama is giving me as supplements is nourishing my milk too for JinHuang. Plus, with the Lunar new year coming on the horizon, my mama was most excited that she has a new grandson to thank for.

Anyway, Ivan approved that we come visit Prussia before going back to Russia as an en route next month. Maybe then, you will be holding your own baby on your arms too. See you then! And to answer your last question about losing weight, don't worry, your body will bounce back once you start doing some exercise after labor. Though I must suggest wait until at least 2 months. I was usually lightheaded doing tai-chi after just 5 weeks of labor.

Your friend,

Yue

Mathilda brushed her wavy blond locks as she prepared to call in for the night. Her nightgown was rather tight on her midsection as she was just weeks away from labor and she was rather glad that its almost over. She was gassy and bloated and she missed walking around without need to stop every few minutes to rest her aching feet. Turning around from her vanity table, she sighed at her husband, lounging on their bed with an open book on his lap and a lamp illuminating a nice warm glow on his pale skin that made her heart beat a little faster. He was devilishly handsome and she thank God every day that this man was hers alone and he did everything he can to make her feel welcome and at home. Now, or never, she thought.

"Gil, I have been thinking." Mathilda asked. Gilbert barely gave a response as he was too engorged in his reading but he did raised his pale eyebrow and Mathilda would had missed it if she hadn't got to know him better this past few months. He is still angry, Mathilda thought as she swallowed her pride and said with confidence "How about Maria for a girl and Frederick for a boy?"

Gilbert scarlet eyes looked at from his book to her with surprised. Early that day, they talked about what to give their unborn child a name. Mathilda wanted something more modern in her list and Gilbert wanted to stay to traditional names. It had gotten them to a fight that they didn't much talk for the rest of the day. It was silly now when Mathilda had finally seen what had happened that morning.

"But Scarlet will be a perfect name for her." Mathilda cooed, as she massaged her swollen pregnancy. Gilbert gave her an irritating look. "It will be like an honor from her father." Gilbert's eyebrow twitched and sighed heavily.

"Maddie, I know you care but naming our child just because I have eyes like blood is not the best idea." Gilbert stated as he went to grab the paper she was writing on his table at his office. There were two columns, one written boy and the other girl and under each category there were at least three lists of names for each gender and Gilbert glared at it before handing back to her. "We are not naming our son Zachary or Hans and especially not Lancelot."

"But, his one of the knights of the round table." Mathilda defended.

"He isn't a really good model to begin with. Plus, you have Arthur as your brother-in-law, we don't our son to steal his Genevieve." Taunted Gilbert.

"Eeww, Gilbert. That's my sister! And she will be his aunt!" Mathilda complained and Gilbert laughed.

"Oh come on, I know its unethical but that didn't stopped Oedipus." Gilbert jested and laughed some more when Mathilda tried to smack him in his arm. Mathilda paled greatly at the unholy thought crossed her mind. Sure, Oedipus was one classic Greek tale but she was not that comfortable thinking of him marrying his own mother. She really needs to check whatever Gilbert will teach their child.

"Alright! You win, we are not naming our child after any book characters we have read."

"That would be hard, as we both know you are a bookworm and I'm a closet literature enthusiastic." Scowling at her husband but failed when he was right. "Nothing connected to Shakespeare too."

"There's goes Octavia." Mathilda mumbled.

"And no flowers names to our daughter. That would be too girly for a Prussian Princess." Bye-bye to Marigold Beilschmidt, thought Mathilda.

"Alright, let's see what you have thought off besides Gilbert Jr." Mathilda taunted and Gilbert grabbed hold of the list again and the fountain pen and wrote two names for the boy category and one name under the girl category. Mathilda read it and raised a brow at him.

"Sophie, Frederick and Raphael?" Mathilda inquired and Gilbert beamed brightly.

"Classic."

"Old-fashioned." Both of them said at the same time that they stared each other before laughing at their same meaning but different statement.

"I want them to be unique and at the same time memorable." Mathilda suggested as she stared at her husband. It was straining her neck to tilt up as Gilbert refuse to sit down.

"They can be memorable too with these classic names. Never will it be out of style."

"But they sound so boring." Gilbert raised a brow at his wife's whiny tone.

"Its tradition, Mathilda. They will be holding ranks from the House of Schwarzburg. We can't give them names that could be laugh upon." Gilbert stated.

"Can I even have an input in naming our child?" Mathilda mocks.

"Ok, I never knew you to be picky with naming." There was a bite in his tone that made Mathilda flinched. "You basically named your pet bear after Kiku shouted its Japanese term at it in surprised and you said its Kuma!" Mathilda blushed at the memory months ago. She was rather surprised herself that she name it right from the bat. She usually was the pickier twin in finding the perfect names to their dolls.

"Fine, what are the requirements to naming our child?" Mathilda proceeds.

"Just something that doesn't sound flamboyant." Stresses Gilbert.

"Flamboyant? You think Raphael or Sophie isn't flamboyant?" Bewildered, Mathilda stared at the distance. "What does that even mean? A flamboyant name?"

Gilbert sighed as he leaned on the table and rubbed the bridge of his nose. "Birdie, liebe, I know you don't have a title growing up, so your parents have free will raising you up." Mathilda glared at Gilbert's snobbish remarks. Yes, she and her sister didn't grow up with a title like Gilbert and Arthur did. "But there are certain rules the nobility has to follow. As you had experienced with my resignation from the army when I marry you." Gilbert was rather patient with her. Mathilda knew that but she guess she could have a say in this as it was her child too.

"You mean when you were found out that I was child that you stayed married to me?" Gilbert was taken back by the venom of Mathilda's tone. So was she, actually. "I'm sorry." Shamed washed over her as she knew she had overstepped. "I-I know—I'm sorry." With that, she left Gilbert alone on his office as she run out of the room.

She had been avoiding him all day since. Even taking her meals with her sister in her room instead of down the dining hall. It was bedtime that she had no choice but to returned back to her own room and was surprised to see Gilbert, wearing nothing but his famous iron cross necklace and pants, lounging on their bed, reading the book when she arrived a few minutes ago.

Gilbert blinked up at her as she tried to hold back her tears as she realized how stupid she was earlier.

"I-I'm so s-sorry." Blame it all on her pregnancy, the tears where streaming down her cheeks like waterfall and she covered it behind her hands as she gulped for air with her snotty nose. She flinched when she felt Gilbert pulled her up from the vanity chair and into his arms as he smoothed her back.

"I'm sorry too." Gilbert whispered and hugged her warmly as she relaxes. "I should had been more understanding. You don't know all the rules yet. I shouldn't had expected you to get it right away." Mathilda shook her head as she wiped her nose with her nightgown sleeves as she tried to get her breathing back together.

"I should also be more considerate. You did give up so much for me already." Turning her head to looked up at her husband, she smiled softly at him.

"You inspire me to be a better man, Birdie." Gilbert smiled back at her, and she could feel the heat coming back to her cheeks.

"Does this mean our honeymoon stage is back on?" She teased and Gilbert laughed at he kissed her forehead.

"Our official first fight. And we survive." Gilbert gently guided them back to their bed, mindful of Kuma lounging on the rug beside the bed and Gilbird perched on top of its white fur. Once both of them had settled, Gilbert went to rub his wife's swollen stomach gently.

"Maria huh?" Gilbert smiled softly as he continues to rub it gently.

"I know how much you loved your mother, why not name it after her if it's a girl." Gilbert moved to kiss his wife deeply in her mouth as a thank you.

"You have no idea how much that means to me." Gilbert said. Mathilda went to rubbed his chiseled cheeks.

"We can always give her a middle name Sophie." Mathilda said shyly and Gilbert laughed out loud as he hugged his wife on the bed.

"How about Scarlet? Maria Scarlet Beilschmidt. Has a nice ring to it, right?" Mathilda's violet eyes watered and gave Gilbert a deep kissed.

"And Frederick Hans Beilschmidt sounds pretty kingly, don't you think, Birdie." Truly, how lucky she was to have such an understanding husband.

"Feli, I-I know this seems awkward b-but I do really… l-like… like like dogs." Ludwig grumbled as he stared straight at a reflection of a man with a look of pure terror and distress just thinking on what he was doing. He was alone in his room, he couldn't sleep in the past few days as his mind was plague with the thought of his new semester at the new campus University of Berlin by their king Frederick William III. He was one of the lucky few from the king's army to be given full scholarship to attend the king's newly establish university. Ludwig was so delighted with the opportunity and his family was supportive of him. Then he saw Feli's eyes. She was more than happy for her Luddy but he could felt something was hindering her from truly being happy about this. He didn't have to leave home until next month. He had talked to his brother about the restlessness and feeling quite thankful for the opportunity but as well as like he was missing something earlier that night.

"Oh West. Your just being overly dramatic." Gilbert just shake his head and Ludwig felt regret going to his brother for this kinds of things but Gilbert did actually helped him understand his feelings more than once in the past. "You sure it's not just excitement?" Gilbert teased and Ludwig would just stare at the warm scarlet eyes of his brother.

"Could be, but its oddly enough that I would feel hesitant about it. Its almost like a dream come true."

"You do know you can deny this assignment." Gilbert provided and Ludwig would just give him a look of despair.

"And disrespect our king?!" Then Feli knocked on their door to announced their dinner. He gave her a warm smile and told her that they would be down in a few more minutes. She smiled and left the two brothers at Gilbert's office. When he turned to his brother, Gilbert had a sneer look on his face.

"What?" Ludwig had seen that look on his brother more than once during their youth. It usually ends either one of them injured or scolded by their father.

"What's your status with that Italian?" Gilbert asked so seriously that Ludwig choked on nothing and felt the heat coming up in his face. Gilbert pointed straight at his face and yelled. "My Gott, West! You have fallen hard for her."

And the embarrassment wouldn't leave him and he just buried his warm face on his hands and groaned.

"Guess that's answers your question why your being a pussy about this." Ludwig glared at his brother between a gap on his fingers.

"Oh don't glare at me. It might work on those soldiers under you but I'm your older brother, so technically, its cute." Gilbert jested and patted Ludwig on the back as he left his chair. "If you truly want to settle your anxious heart. Just tell Feli how you feel and see if she wants to marry you after or before your school starts."

Coming back to his slightly lighten room, he groaned again and stared at his reflection. Looking at his family vast library didn't helped either on his problem. He had been practicing his speech since he excused himself from dinner and he was no were near any good for Feli. He wanted to tell Feli that he liked her, ever since her long overdue stay at the his family estate, his usual black and white military lifestyle had turned chaotic and it irked him at the beginning, but as the days goes by, he found her cheerful personality quite relaxing and much to his embarrassment, he was indeed giving up on the girl on his dreams to this person here with him. She was real and warm when she hugged him and she smells sweet and he couldn't imagine living his life once again to just seeing her every holidays only. He wanted her to be by his side every waking minute and seeing his brother happily married to Mathilda, he was somehow envy of their sweet moments together.

Truly, was he ready to settle down? Not now, as he still has at least two years with his program. But would Feli wait that long for him? He had to fine out today. He has to settle this once and for all before he leaves for Berlin. Grumbling at lost cost, he stared at the clock on his mantle that said it was way past midnight. Meaning, the castle inhabitant would be asleep by now. Which means, he can go around to the library again and look for the book that his brother gave him as a joke last year.

^J^

It was rather late for Feli to be out and about, but her sister has been waking up earlier each day to make-up for Antonio. So she couldn't really asked her to accompany her to the kitchen for a midnight snack, so she left their shared room with a small candle lamp to guide her to the kitchen. Surely there would be some left from last night dinner. She barely ate as her mind was plague by the fact that her chance with Ludwig would be gone soon. Walking around in the dark would surely scare the soul out of her and she would if not for growl of her stomach was more demanding. Turning a corner as she kept close to the wall as a guide, the small candle lamp was barely showing enough light shine to cover the huge interior of the castle.

Ludwig would be attending lectures at Berlin, making her stay here, even though Aldrich assured her its fine, would be odd and pointless. Ludwig, smart and caring Ludwig will be going to the capital to start his education soon. She was more than happy for this opportunity for him. As he always had the desire to learn and invent something. She could barely make sense half of what he was explaining to her when he talked about his favorite topic of engineer. But she loves it when Ludwig would talked hours and hours, patience with her as he explain how some of those screws and bolts and the very thought of riding something he and Gilbert was planning to build.

A sudden gushed of wind from the open window on the hall had extinguished the candle lamp she was holding plague the whole hall into darkness. Feli suddenly felt more afraid as she couldn't see even her own hands. It was rather truly stupid of her of walking around the dark scary castle and the moon was barely visible due to the clouds blocking its view that she placed her cold hand on the stone cold wall as a guide to returned back to her room. Quietly as she could without making much noise, even though she was already whimpering in fear, walking back with slow baby steps. Shadows lurked around the path whenever a moonlight shone through the few windows on the walls.

A loud thud could be heard behind her that Feli jerked up in surprised. Then another thud, and another. It was coming to her, and she felt cold sweat dripping down from her brow as a grunt was heard and she couldn't keep herself composed anymore as she shrieked in fear and run straight ahead in darkness. Her nightgown wasn't long, it was actually just above her knee so that helped her run a little faster. Her slippers weren't the right size though so she tripped on them and fall hard on the cold stone floor.

"Ve.. that hurt." Feli moaned as her knees and arms were sore from the impact of it. she gently pushed her arms up. The thud was getting louder and faster and Feli couldn't get up quickly and shrieked when she suddenly saw her own shadow on the floor.

"Feli?" Ludwig's voice had the scared Italian turned around and saw Ludwig holding a candle lamp and a few books on his other hand.

"Ve, Ludwig, you scared me." Feli hiccupped as tears of relief flow down from her cheeks.

"What are you doing on the floor? You will get sick. And with just we-wearing…." Ludwig blushed deeply and turned his cerulean blue eyes away from his companion. Feli gave him an odd look before looking down on her nightgown. What's wrong with it? She rearranged the gown more representable to hide her thighs.

"What are you wearing Feli?" Stammered Ludwig as he gave a huge sigh as he helped her up without looking at her.

"My sleeping clothes?" Ludwig blushed deepens as he turned the candle lamp away from Feli to pick up his books and got really knocked down when the Italian tackled him from behind in destress.

"Luddy, please don't leave me in the dark! My candle fire die and I'm scared!" Ludwig put the lamp down besides the books and tried to untangle Feli behind him. That caused Felicia too gripped harder on his neck and even snaked her bare legs around Ludwig's waist.

"Feli!" Grunted Ludwig as he tried to not feel how soft her olive skin legs on his hands as he tried to loosen her arms and legs. Sighing in defeat, he sat down on his bottom to let Feli disentangled from behind him. And to his surprised and shear horror, she went around to straddle on his lap and hide her face on his neck. Blood was fighting on going straight to his brain or down under and he was sure Feli will feel his hardening member if he didn't leave her soon enough.

"Don't leave me, Luddy. I will be so lonely." Cried Feli and Ludwig had to control his desire and pat his long-time friend in the back.

"I'm not leaving you." He whispered back on her soft brown hair. She smelled like fresh lilies and tomatoes and something sweet that's entirely just her. It warmed his heart that this innocent girl holds his heart.

"Promise me you will not forget me after your university." Feli mumbled on his ear and he surely felt tingles running through his spine at the sensation. "You are going to be gone for 2 years, Luddy. You will be able to see other women. Other smart women that can keep up with you and I will be truly be forgotten." Are they having this conversation now? Ludwig thought. The floor was hard and its starting to sore sitting on it and holding his spine upright.

"Of course, Feli. I could never forget you." He supplied and grunted as Feli ground her hips closer and he could felt her soft breast molding into his muscular chest. He instantly went to hold on Feli's hips to stopped her from moving. Oh how plump and soft those hips were that made Ludwig's mouth watered.

"We can write each other every week." Feli supplied and Ludwig grunted.

"And I can visit you during breaks." Ludwig's eyes twitched as Feli giggled on his lap.

"Ti amo, Ludwig." Feli sighed and Ludwig felt his member harden some more and gripped her hips a bit harder.

"You have to get up now or I might do something that I will regret." Feli froze on his lap and he was not too proud for even mentioning doing something so evil to her. Feli loosen her hold around his neck and raised her tear stricken face to him.

"What if I want you to do it?" She whispered back quietly that Ludwig's heart hammered behind his ribcage and swallowed the sudden lump on his throat.

"F-Feli you have no ide—" He was cut as Feli kissed him softly on his lips. It was rather innocent really. Just two lips touching each other and Ludwig groaned as they broke apart. Her amber eyes shone such hope and glee that Ludwig smiled softly at her.

"You don't have to be afraid, Feli. I will come back to you." He tucked a lock of hair behind her ear and pulled her back for another chaste kiss. Feli gasped when he suddenly pushed her out of his lap with all his might that she nearly hit her head on the floor from the sudden velocity. Ludwig quickly gotten up and coughed a few times before giving her an apologetic look.

"Sorry. I was at my limit." He went to help her up and she gladly stood up. And pulled her into a hug.

"Feli, I know this is a bit selfish of me but." He coughed again. "Will you wait two more years for me?" Felie turned her eyes, tears threatening to flow down, up to look at his blushed stricken face. "I can see it now. Your very presence made my life more colorful and I am an idiot for not being able to see it sooner. But I'm still not yet ready to settle down. I can't be your husband if I'm away two years at the university."

"Ludwig." Feli sighed his name and Ludwig's big course hand cupped her cheeks and kissed each gently.

"Wait for me please, Feli. I know this is too much to ask as I haven't given anything to you to proof my worth for you." Feli shook her head at his statement.

"You have given me your friendship and time, Luddy. You are the most caring and understanding person I ever met. I know I can be slow in the head and yet, you still entertain me, always being kind to me and explaining things to me. You have proven to me so much and more. I can wait for you forever." Feli broke into a big grin as tears flow down on her cheeks. Ludwig stuttered at the Feli's confession. That was rather heart warming. Knowing someone loves you so much that they can wait forever for you.

"You don't have to wait forever, Feli. Just two years. And I can truly give all my attention to you." Feli gasped at the implication of his statement.

"Ludwig, is that ah.." Ludwig gave her a shy look as he looked away from her face.

"I will go down on one knee for you Feli and give you a home anywhere you wanted in the world."

"And bambinos?" Ludwig groaned at the thought. He was not really to be a father yet. And Feli got that, she giggled at him.

"Please wait for a while before venturing into that subject." Ludwig said and Feli hugged him.

"I will Luddy." Whispered Feli as she tip toed to kissed him softly.

"By the way, why are you walking alone, in the middle of the night? Wearing just that?!" Ludwig couldn't really help it but he had to protect her. Sure, they were just them and the servants in the castle. But she couldn't be walking around half-naked, ever. Feli just giggled at him as they ventured through the dark castle for the midnight snack she wanted. In the end, her huge appetie did have some good definite after all.

The next morning.

"Oh my gosh! Its amazing oncle Francis!" Mathilda gasped at the almost finish wedding dress her uncle had created for her. It was displayed with a headless mannequin in a spare room on the Beilschmidt's Black Crow Castle.

"Hon hon hon, you are too modest Mathilda. Wait until you wear it and it will truly be magnifique!" Francis kissed his niece head as he showed her the product. He was supervising the dressmakers almost weekly and the final touches of the pearl white dress where Mathilda's post pregnancy waist and bust size. He planned on surprising her by making the skirt embroiled with red twirling discreet maple leaves patterns and this time, the dressmakers were able to finish it and he couldn't wait until she gives birth to show it to her.

Tears were forming in her eyes as she touched the smooth statin texture of the fitted bodice and a natural waistline that leads to a full skirt of her wedding dress. She was so glad that puffed sleeves were out of fashion and that the new style in range simple trumpet sleeves. Francis took her idea of wanting a two piece dress, so if ever the weather was warm, she can easily remove a piece to cool down. So Francis made a nice red ¾ trumpet sleeves redingote over her white dress. The nice splash of colour of the bright coat and the scattered maple leaves around the bottom of the full skirt was magnificent to her pearl white dress.

"I know how much you loved those maple leaves in your last trip to Canada that you even pressed it and mail it to me." Francis informed as Mathilda traced the delicate details of the embroidery.

"This must have taken hours." Mathilda whispered and Francis took pride in the appreciation on his niece's face. Hard work paid off. After all, he was also helping the dressmakers do the painstaking tasks for months.

"Oh Wow!" Both the blond turned to the flamboyant voice of Amelia as she entered the room and saw the dress. "Uncle Francis! You should have done something this marvellous on my wedding dress!" Amelia cajoled as she joined her twin in appreciating the dress more.

"I would have if you have given me the rein to do it." Laughed Francis.

"You sure you are just a perfume maker, uncle Francis?" Amelia teased.

Mathilda suddenly groaned as she felt the pain on her lower abdomen a bit too much. She quickly went to sit on the sofa near her and smoothed her pregnant belly. Amelia and Francis glanced a worried look at her.

"Another false contraction?" Amelia inquired as she went to sit beside her twin.

"Oui." Choked out Mathilda as she breathed in deeply as said by Dr. Klein the other day when her false contraction was so bad that she thought she was going into labor.

"Maybe you should just rest for the rest of the day, Maddie." Amelia suggested but Mathilda shook her head.

"No, Dr. Klein said I should walk at least 20 minutes a day to help with the labor." Mathilda sighed in relief once the pain had subsided into nothing. "Besides, Yue advice it too."

"Ah, our little Chinese friend, how is she? How's her baby?" Francis asked.

"The last letter I received said that JinHuang can sit up on his own now."

"Oh magnifique!"

"Wonderful!"

A knock on the door turned the three blonds to it and the cheerful Italian, Felicia greeted them with glee.

"Ve, I hope I'm not interrupting anything but Kiku is back from his trip in Japan and he came baring gifts." Then her bright eyes landed on the dress and it grew bigger than ever. "Mio Dios! That's one beautiful wedding dress I have ever seen!" Francis beamed with pride and joy at the compliment.

"You got to do my own wedding dress too, Senior Francis!" At the moment that statement left her mouth, Feli blushed bright red and shanked in embarrassment as Amelia squealed in glee and Francis and Mathilda tried to suppress their smile.

"Ludwig has finally asked?!" Amelia shouted and tried to grab the Italian's hands for any engagement rings but found none.

"I'm not supposed to say that out loud." Feli whimper but she couldn't stop herself from the smile that's tempting to break on her face.

"Eh? Where is the ring?" Amelia wondered and Feli's blushed deeply more as Mathilda tried to scowled her twin.

"That's not nice Amelia. Maybe Ludwig has something special for his girl." Mathilda said. Feli's glee couldn't be contain as Francis gave her a warm hug for congratulations.

"Hon hon hon, this castle is getting more love birds as the days past." Francis said.

"Ludwig didn't official propose to me yet," Feli giggled "But he said that after he finished his university then he will get down on his knees." Both the twins turned to look at each other before breaking into a smile and shouted at the now shocked Italian in excitement.

"We are going to be sisters!" Mathilda said and Feli cried with happiness as she hugged the pregnant woman.

"I couldn't asked for a better one." Feli whispered.

A/N: Hope you like this chapter! Any suggestions and comments about the baby names? I enjoyed looking up those babies names. Hehe! Not to bash those other names. All names are unique beautiful and sweet Just I heard that some couples tend to fight when it comes to naming their children sometimes.

Hans, is German equivalent for John, which means Gift from God. Frederick means peaceful ruler. Those my horrible pun. And note, Hans because in a few chapters back, Mathilda and Gilbert bonded over a story by Hans Christian Anderson. Haha! In honour of that part. Maria means Mare and Scarlet means, well, bright red or wicked.

The wedding dress was inspired of the portrait of Sophie Marie von Voss by Antoine Pesne.

What do you guys think about Ludwig and Feli's little romance? I don't know how to make the scene more eerie than needed. I know it's a bit cliché scene. And I did inspired it from Italy's always just wearing his dress shirt on in the series. I also know not all love story always come this fast. Some takes a while for it to bloom. Though I think I did it a bit too long for Ludwig and Feli's love story. These two are just so cute!
