That One Incident We Will Never Know

Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Sandaime Hokage, stares at two eleven year olds sitting in the same chair. Also in the office was Anko Mitarashi, Naruto's official guardian (regardless of what the Konoha Council says), and Hiashi Hyuuga, the Clan Head. The two eleven year old Academy students had the look of pure boredom. They were also dressed more provocatively than Anko herself.

If one says you had a fishnet fetish, these two eleven year olds can claim that title.

For Naruto, he wears a fitting black fishnet tank top, detached black leather sleeves with a single orange stripe, fishnet/mesh arm warmers, and boxer shorts made of fishnet with a patch of silk cloth over the crotch area. For the conveniently censored part, black denim jean shorts are worn. For Hinata, she wears a similar fishnet shirt that fits her body, detached black leather sleeves with a single lavender stripe, fishnet/mesh arm warmers, and fishnet biker shorts with a cloth area that covers up the nether regions. Thankfully she wears a denim black skirt (even though it was dangerously short), along with a spandex-material tube top around her upper chest area under the fishnet. Naruto has orange fingernail polish, Hinata has lavender fingernail polish. Add black ninja sandals, black-taped knuckles, fishnet/mesh leg warmers, and their ninja utility pouches strapped to their thighs, and that is what a punkish Naruto and Hinata look like.

"What do you have to say for yourselves?"

The two preteens give the Hokage a look.

"It wasn't our fault," they say.

"You scarred a bunch of preschoolers for life," Sarutobi exclaimed.

"So?" was the reply, an indifferent shrug added for reference.

Sarutobi's palm meets his face/forehead tactically, and a groan escapes his throat.

Just how in the world did two promising future shinobi become as punk as rebellious teenagers even though on the technical stand point they weren't teenagers?

All the blame can be laid to the feet of Anko Mitarashi.

"I can try and contain this before any ugly rumors get spawned outside the village. You two can leave," said Sarutobi.

The two preteens leave without another word, leaving Sarutobi with Hiashi and Anko. Hiashi looked like he wanted to throttle the dango-loving woman for corrupting his daughter.

"Anko..."

"What? I'm not doing anything wrong. At least not illegally," she defends herself.

Sarutobi prayed the village would survive this insanity...
