O-O. YOU. SIR. IS NOT GETTING DINNER TONIGHT!

but anyways, lets begin~

Rin's p.o.v

Mom made herself comfortable in the front while everyone else behind me embraced themselves for the worst. It wasn't true that my mom's driving is horrible, but knowing that she hasn't driven a car in years due to her change of jobs, I'm just as scared as they are to even think about how we are going to live.

Meiko and Gumi sat with me in the front part while the boys stepped in the seats behind us and by the time Meiko pulled in the open door shut, mom started her engines. A big rumble grew louder and soon, we were heading towards village.

It was only a few streets in that mom slowed her driving and smoothly drove around a few streets. Caring a bit less about her driving skills, I stared out the car window blankly at the passing. It was only a few minutes later that a tap knocked against the glass windows. one after another, a whole rattle of rain drops came pouring down from the gray skies.

"That's strange, we weren't suppose to be expecting rain today.. what luck" Mom said with a sigh. I thought for a minute after turning one last corner before I remembered.

"Mom! drop me off here" I ordered as she stopped in front of a red light. I could feel Gumi and Meiko's eyes filled with concern. Mom's eyes lowered a little and looked into the small mirror hanging from above her that allowed her to see behind her. A small pause came up before she closed her eyes and unlocked the lock on my side of the car.

"I'll meet you guys back home. I called before exiting the car and having rain drip on the dress Meiko made me wear. I threw the high heels that I forgot to take off when we left the castle and placed then neatly by my seat. "And I promise to wash this dress before giving it back to you Meiko!" I said a bit louder, shutting the door locked once again and bolting down the opposite street. After a few breaths, I turned around to make sure they were not waiting for me.

The rain gotten worst by the minute but I continued my best to not slip on anything. My bare foot stepped on a few small objects on the ground a moment ago which made me wince in pain. Biting my lower lip, I continued into a park, not far from the market place in main street.

Searching within the bushes of the abandoned park, I finally heard a small noise coming not far from me. Creeping slowly towards the sound, a wet shaking kitten meowed lowly from the cold. I sighed in relief and gently called it towards me. The kitten continued to shake but made it's way towards me a step at a time.

"Good...good kitty..." I whispered weakly as I pulled it into my arms and out of the rain. "I thought you would have been looking for me huh... now go back in with your siblings."

Behind the park was a small shed that was blocked off from the public cause they said it was haunted. I found out only about a year ago that the reason why everyone was so scared was actually because the cats were not use to company. Every time they hear foot steps coming into the shed, they would screech in a terrible cry that would scare off the anyone. It was only that day where I read up on a spell which made my foot steps senseless where I found a group of 4 kitties.

The first one had a diamond and is the one most attached to me. It was a black kitten that, in fact, looked the youngest of the group, has a patch of white hair on it's back that looks like a diamond piece.

The next was a gray kitten with a black faded clover drawn by the lower back, near it's gray and white tail. It spends most of it's time playing with the diamond kitten and when ever I come and watch them, it's usually the one that keeps it out of trouble.

After, is a white kitten that holds a heart shape right by it's neck, under it's chin. The small adult cat is usually seen laying down and watching the young as they played around.

And the last but not least, is a dark brown cat, the biggest of all, holds a spade shape pattern on it's right eye. It's by far the biggest one and it's the first cat to accept me as a visitor.

I sat down by the bunch of leaves that I've picked up a while ago and admired them settling back down with the young back in their family. The biggest one eyed me carefully but then nuzzled the wet young.

I took a few more minutes to watch them before pulling some cloth left over from the shed over them and made them a bit more warmer before stepping out. In the rain, I looked back once more before running back home.

OMG ANOTHER UPDATE :D

I actually wrote more than this but STUPID DOC MANAGER BACKSPACED AND I LOST ANOTHER THOUSAND WORDS and its too late at night to re write it all. But after all, i still have a few more stories to update before I start writing long chapters again.
