Side:Tsunayoshi 04
Tsunayoshi tapped his finger on his arm, growing impatient as he watched Hibari read and file away stack after stack of papers. Kusakabe, although confused at what had happened, had invited him to sit down on the sofa while Hibari continued to ignore his presence. Tsunayoshi had been itching to throw him out of the chair but decided not to. While Hibari irritated him, he deemed him capable enough of running Namimori, and as much as he hated to admit it, this world was too different for him to actively step in.
He never thought there would be a day he would be irritated at his lover.
But this wasn't his lover, he reminded himself. This person was just someone who looked like him. His sweet Kyouya was waiting for him back at home, probably missing him. For now, he decided, getting more information was the best idea.
"Tetsuya," said Tsunayoshi, looking at Kusakabe who was about to step out. The Tetsuya in this world didn't have a change in personality, but his Tetsuya was aware about everything mafia-related. Of course, he was his right-hand man in the committee. When he successfully caught his attention, he continued, "Do you know the Vongo—" Tsunayoshi narrowly avoided the pen that flew at his direction. He chuckled darkly. "Guess not. Go ahead on your patrol."
Kusakabe only gave both him and Hibari a questioning glance then left the room. Tsunayoshi crossed his legs. "In the mood to answer my questions?"
Hibari scowled but continued to go through the papers. "He is not involved in any way. Don't question him any further."
"So," Tsunayoshi smirked, "how are you and Tsuna involved? Judging from Haya—Gokudera and Yamamoto's reactions, you two sure don't seem close. My Kyouya is cute, especially when he's underneath me in bed, making sweet—"
Hibari had snapped the pen he was holding in half. He opened the desk's drawer and took out another pen, proceeding to write whatever he had been writing.
Tsunayoshi lazily continued, "Noises. You don't seem like the type to make those noises, but perhaps we could make sure—" There goes another snapped pen.
"Herbivore, if you're not going to shut your mouth, then get out of my face."
"You'd want me to be on your face."
These pens were probably cheap if Hibari kept breaking them.
Leaning on the backrest, Tsunayoshi said, "I'll fight you seriously before I go back if you answer my questions." Hibari didn't answer. "Look, Hibari," Tsunayoshi almost gagged at the word, "the faster you answer me, the faster I get out of your face."
Without looking at him, Hibari said, "The omnivore and I do not have the same disgusting relationship as you have with yours."
Herbivore was the first, was it? "Omnivore is for strong people, I assume."
To his surprise, Hibari scoffed. "Sawada Tsunayoshi is someone I do not fully understand. Sometimes weak, sometimes strong."
This time, Tsunayoshi scoffed. "So you have a leeway? People can only be divided into two: weak and strong, invertebrates and vertebrates."
Hibari put his pen down and gave him a feral grin. "And which one are you?"
Uncrossing his legs, Tsunayoshi winked. "Carnivore." He thought Hibari would initiate a fight again but frowned when he want back to writing. "I assume Reborn is the same here if you really want to spar with him. I'll challenge him before I go back," he mumbled the last part.
Someone knocked on the door. Immediately, Tsunayoshi raised an eyebrow at the person who entered, waiting for the girl to speak first before making up his mind what to make of her.
"Tsuna-kun, what are you doing here?" Kyoko looked at him, utterly surprised. "You weren't in class—oh, sorry. Hibari-senpai, I brought the survey forms from our class."
Tsunayoshi coughed, hiding the laughter threatening to bubble out, while Hibari nodded at her. How did Kyouya address her again? "Hello, Kyoko...-chan."
"Are you helping out here for today?" Kyoko seemed like she wanted to say more but shook her head. "I should get back to class. See you later, Tsuna-kun!"
After she left, Tsunayoshi decided Hibari would not be able to help him get home and clenched his fist at the thought of relying on Byakuran. If Byakuran had yet to appear before him with a solution to get him back, then either he was still looking for a way or there are objectives needed to be fulfilled. He knew better than to face Tsunayoshi's wrath. Reborn most likely knew about everything, as always, but opted to remain enigmatic about it.
"You're not curious about how you are in my world?" asked Tsunayoshi.
"I don't see why I need to care."
Tsunayoshi scowled. He had a point. The Tsuna in this world was not him, so he need not be concerned about whatever situation his parallel self was in. But being called useless and loser for a while now irritated him to no end. "Give me Sawada Tsunayoshi's file."

Tsunayoshi rubbed the blood off his arm, where Hibari had scraped him with the hook from his tonfa, when he forcefully took the folder from his files. After looking at the papers, he wanted to burn both the entire folder and his parallel self.
Below average grades and physical prowess, numerous reports of getting into trouble together with Gokudera, Yamamoto, and Ryohei – including the total amount of damage they had done to the school, and tardiness reports were almost every day. Tsunayoshi had to stop walking and rub his face at the atrocity. He would not allow this Tsuna to further demoralise Namimori while carrying his name. This needs to be fixed.
"Juudaime!"
He still needed to get used to these guardians' personalities. His mind flickered back to the group picture at Tsuna's house. These people apparently liked crowding, he sourly thought. Reborn didn't want anyone to find out about his situation yet. He'll follow, for now.
"You're bleeding." Eyes widening, Gokudera placed his hands on Tsunayoshi's shoulder and started shaking him. "Who did this to you? Was it that bastard Hibari? I'll go and kill him. How dare he lay his hands on you."
"Ha—Gokudera, it's just a small wound." Hayato was his most intelligent guardian but seeing this fool rambling on and on made him conclude it wasn't the same here. Did he and Yamamoto have the opposite personality? If that was the case, then he would just treat them the other way as he treated them in his world.
He looked at Yamamoto, who was watching him with a guarded look on his eyes. When Tsunayoshi made eye contact with him, Yamamoto quickly got rid of the look and laughed. "We should go back to class. Nezu-sensei might get mad."
Nezu-sensei? Tsunayoshi grinned. "Yes, let's go, Yamamoto. To class, to Nezu-sensei."
Time to have fun.

Hibari threw the pen he was holding at Tsunayoshi's direction but only had it become stuck on the door. He frowned and continued to work, not stopping despite Reborn casually sitting on the sofa.
"Charming, isn't he?" said Reborn.
"When is he leaving? He's a trespasser, not that omnivore."
"They can't leave if either of them, or both, have a lingering affection to stay in the other world."
"The omnivore has his fellow group of monkeys here. I don't see why he would want to stay there."
"You would know, won't you? With the amount of time you spent observing him." Reborn smirked to himself at Hibari's pause.
"He's interesting."
"Guardian meeting after dismissal on the rooftop. Ciao."
Idly watching Reborn step out of the room, Hibari decided to patrol, not trusting Tsunayoshi to wander about in his territory.
