Ok, next chapter is here, and faster than ever! Enjoy!

"When you and I grow up, we will be more than friends. Promise?"

"Promise."

Robin woke up. She sighed contentedly. She never had a peaceful sleep since she was 2 after her mother left her so she was happy to have a peaceful sleep for the first time in 26 years. She grabbed the dark green bandana around her neck. Who knows, it might be because of this.

"I'll let you keep this as a sign of our promise. When we meet again after we grow up, be sure to return it to me." He nodded as she tied the bandana that she wore on either her neck or one of her wrist around his right upper arm.

Robin opened the door to find that the sun was just rising. She stood at the railing and smiled at the sight. She was so captivated by the sight that she didn't notice footsteps approaching her.

"Beautiful, isn't it?" she was startled for a moment but quickly regained her composure.

"Yes, it is, kenshi-san."

"I just remembered about two promises I made with two girls when I was young." Robin was surprised. She didn't think that Zoro would be one to start a conversation.

"Care to share?" he shrugged.

"One of them was Kuina. The other was one who my master found injured and unconscious on the coast and she refused to tell us her name. Kuina and my master liked to refer to her as 'N' because when we found her, she was clutching an arm band with the letter 'N'. I promised Kuina that either one of us will become the world greatest swordman or swordwoman. But she died the next day when she fell down the stairs. N and I made a promise to be more than friends when we grow up on the same night I promised Kuina but she disappeared the very next day. I actually couldn't believe that both girls betrayed me and left after making a promise. Did they not like being with me? Why did they leave?" Robin felt her heart break after hearing what Zoro said. She felt tears forming in her eyes.

"I didn't want to leave..." Zoro turned to her.

"Did you say something?" Her tears fell.

"I didn't want to leave. I wanted to stay longer. But the marines were on the island and I didn't want to put you guys in danger so I left. But Kuina died and I couldn't return to the dojo since the marines were there questioning your master about me. I was so happy with all of you but I had to leave. I couldn't stay any longer."

"Oi, don't cry. I knew you have a reason to leave but I'm just sad that you left without warning." Robin wiped her tears.

"Thank you, Zoro."

"You're welcome. By the way, N, you still remember the promise within the bandana?"

"Yes and I'm going to fulfil it. I still love you, you know."

"So am I. And I definitely still love you." They then kissed and smiled.

"I'll have to introduce myself later. Listen carefully."

"I will. And hold on to the bandana. It was yours to begin with and you said to return it, right?"

"Glad you remembered." Soon, the rest of the crew woke up and they currently in the kitchen waiting for their breakfast and Robin's introduction.

"N, after breakfast is served, you might want to not let your guard down." Robin chuckled.

"I'll keep that in mind. Thank you, Zoro." the crew then questioned the two about the bandana and them knowing each other and after that, Robin introduced herself. Sanji served breakfast and many times Robin had to sprout hands from the table to guard her food from Luffy.

I think they're kind of OOC, especially Zoro. His character is quite the hard one to grasp. I'll end it here since I have no more ideas on how to continue this, but I'll keep this as In-Progress, so let me know if you have any ideas. I'll write it as a new chapter.
