Chapter 11
Vacation
I hummed in contentment as I felt warm fingers skirt my bare back, giving me goosebumps and making me shiver. I cracked my eyes open a sliver to find Sam smiling so sweetly over my shoulder. I hummed again and closed my eyes, snuggling into the warm blankets and pillows surrounding me.
"Don' wanna wake up now," I muttered. Sam chuckled before lowering his lips to my shoulder, pressing an open mouth kiss there as his fingers continued to dance across my lower back.
"You don't have to," Sam said as he trailed his lips across my shoulder to my neck. I couldn't help but lean my head back, exposing more of myself for him. "I'm just admiring you. You can go back to sleep if you want."
I released a soft moan as he scraped his teeth lightly over my pulse point.
"I won't be able to if you keep doing that," I said rather breathlessly.
"Like I said before, I'm just admiring."
"Yeah, well you admiration is starting to give me a hard on," I stated boldly. My eyes flashed open in time to see his eyes darken in a mere fraction of a second. With a low growl, Sam turned me onto my back, his hands so gentle and yet so firm. I squeaked in surprise at the sudden movement, but I couldn't help the silly grin that was plastered on my face.
Without warning, I was suddenly assaulted with his lips upon mine. My mouth opened in a gasp of surprise and he immediately took initiative and absolutely plundered me. My entire body arched into his and I couldn't help the whimper that escaped me when my thigh brushed his swollen arousal. I suddenly realized for the first time that he was as naked as I was and I released another whine.
All too soon, we broke apart as our need for air forced us from our heated kiss.
"Sam," I groaned as he went back to nipping at my throat, his sharp teeth sending another series of shivers through me.
"I'm right here," he whispered. I felt his large hand grip my hip, before he started thrusting gently against my thigh. "I'm not going anywhere."
I refused to respond with words as I gripped him none too gently around the neck, bringing him back in with a kiss that rivaled all others. No more words were spared as we started to thrust and grind into each other like animals. Unsurprisingly, I was brought close to the edge quickly, about ready to spill and judging by the way Sam's heavy breath panted against me, I knew he was close, too.
My nails dug into his shoulders, no doubt drawing blood as I finally fell over that edge. My body locked as my breath came out in shudders as I spilled between us. My muscles pulsed in powerful jerks as wave after wave of ecstasy rocked through me.
Sam groaned loudly and I knew he was just barely there, his hips rocking harshly into me. I moaned and ran my fingers through his dark hair, dampened by the sweat that had collected there. His eyes flashed open to meet mine, locking them together in a hypnotizing trance. I licked my lips as I saw how black they were, how close to his wolf he was and I gave a soft mewl.
"Mate," I whispered softly as I arched into him.
With a growl, Sam came against me, his cum splattering messily all over my lap, hot and wet. He sealed his lips with mine one last time as he rode out his orgasm. His body pulsed like mine, his hands gripping tighter onto my hips.
"I'm not gonna lie. That was pretty hot."
I gasped as my eyes flew open to find Paul leaning against the door frame, two plates in his hands, both containing a decent sized egg omelet with sides of bacon, sausage, and hash browns. My mouth watered at the sight. And not just at the food.
Paul wasn't wearing much, though he was certainly wearing more than either Sam or me. He was clad only in a pair of his grey boxers, leaving his entire torso bare, his nipple ring on prominent display. His shaggy hair was disheveled as if he was constantly running his fingers through it.
Sam groaned before he pulled away from me, his arms a bit shaky as he gathered his pants and got to his feet. He swiped a hand over his face before stepping out the room, bypassing Paul completely and a few moments later, the sound of a shower running breached my ears. I shook my head as I got to my own feet, walking over to my hamper and grabbing a dirty towel. Carefully, I swiped at the mess Sam and I made. When I made myself look somewhat respectable, I turned back around to find Paul sitting on my bed and setting one of the plates down on the bed. I inhaled the delicious aroma before moving closer and climbed on the bed, my eyes set on the plate in front of me.
"I hope this one is for me," I said as I picked the plate up. I cut a piece of the omelet off and popped it into my mouth. My eyes widened as flavor exploded in my mouth. I groaned as I started to shovel more and more into my mouth. Paul chuckled as he picked off some bacon from the plate in his hands and popped it into his mouth.
"It looks like there wasn't much of a choice," he said with a grin.
I smiled back as I picked up a piece of sausage and bit off the end.
"Is there any syrup?" I asked as I licked my fingers clean before picking up another piece of sausage. At that, Paul raised a questioning eyebrow. "Don't tell me you have never tried sausage, bacon, and hashbrowns together with syrup."
"All at once?" he asked.
"Of course," I said. When he gave me a disgusted look, I narrowed my eyes and smacked him on the shoulder. "Don't knock it until you try it."
I placed my plate down and made my way to the kitchen, intent on getting some syrup, but before I could even take a step out, a strong arm circled my waist and pulled me into an equally strong body. I smiled as Paul pressed his nose into the juncture between my neck and shoulder. I groaned and tilted my head back for him to continue his exploration.
"Paul," I muttered. "As much as I'm loving this attention you're giving me, I won't be able to go for another round. I'm already spent."
Paul groaned as he eased his fingers into my hair, pulling my head further back as he descended further down.
"I noticed," he grunted. "That was quite a show that you and Uley had going on. I wouldn't mind an encore presentation, with me involved preferably."
My cheeks reddened as I remembered he had watched Sam and I doing the dirty. I gasped as I felt his fingers trail down my stomach, stopping once more to pull on my piercing.
"Fucking hell," I moaned. "You're fucking obsessed with my piercing."
"Mmm, as you are with mine," he panted. My eyes locked onto his nipple, catching the glint coming off the silver ring. "And besides, isn't Uley not as attracted to it as the rest of you?"
I huffed a laugh as I twisted within his grasp so that I was facing him.
"Sam didn't really approve of my decision to get it. He said it disabled my appearance rather than enhance it."
Paul grunted indignantly at that. "Which goes to prove just how smart he is. He just doesn't know how to work with it. How the simplest touch could have you writhing."
I bit my lip as his hands started to knead my stomach, his fingers tugging gently on the delicate chain. True to his word, my entire body started to quiver. I released a loud moan when his nails dug into my skin. He chuckled deeply into my ear.
"I rest my case."
I glared at him as he removed himself from me and made his way back to my bed.
"Seriously?" I asked as he picked up his plate and started munching. He gave me a cheeky grin as he shoveled another forkful of food into his mouth. I wanted to punch him.
"Don't look at me like that," he said, still smirking. "By the looks of it, you had plenty of fun with Uley this morning without me. That, and I put my blood, sweat, and tears into this breakfast and you haven't even taken a bite. That's rather rude."
I rolled my eyes and sat down on the bed next to him. I snatched up my forgotten plate and started mowing down. I deliberately ignored the chuckle directed my way.

"So what do you say about packing up some of your things and coming down to visit my land here soon?"
I just about dropped the plate I was rinsing off into the sink at the sound of Paul's voice. All three of us were in the kitchen cleaning up breakfast at the moment. Well, Sam and I were cleaning up. Paul was leaning against the counter with his arms crossed watching us. My dad was in the living room watching television, trying his best to give us a little privacy. I had trouble maintaining eye contact with him, knowing that he knew exactly what happened last night.
I glanced over my shoulder at one of my mates, a look of disbelief on my face.
"What?" I asked, sure that I didn't hear him correctly.
"Would you like to come with me to visit my land?" Paul repeated, his eyes unwavering. I looked over at my other mate, gauging his reaction. His face, as always, didn't give anything away. He was currently drying a plate, his eyes staring into it as if it had all the answers in the world.
"I think that would be a wonderful idea," I heard my father say from across the room. "You've never been outside of La Push before. I think it could do you good to see how another pack lives. Especially with you being mated to two Alphas."
I walked slowly over to Sam, who was still drying the same plate. I placed my hand gently on his shoulder and I could easily feel the tension rolling off of him in waves.
"Sam," I murmured. His hands stilled. Out of the corner of my eye, I could see Paul watching us intently, his focus on Sam. "Is that alright? Could I go with Paul to visit his territory? Maybe meet some more of his pack?"
Nothing happened for all of a minute. Then suddenly, Sam released a deep breath before setting the plate down on the counter. I watched him close his eyes for a minute before he turned to me. My brows furrowed as I watched the tendon in his jaw click a few times before it stilled as he placed his hands on my hips.
"If that's what you want to do, then I'm fine with that," he mumbled after another brief minute. I couldn't help but release a smile as I wound my arms around his neck. I could plainly see how much that had to take, but he was trying really hard for my sake.
"Thank you," I whispered before I brushed my lips against his. He released a huff but met my kiss with his own.
Soft and sweet.
"Great," Paul said suddenly, making my jump a little and Sam tighten his hold on me. "I'd start packing now if I were you, babe. We're leaving tomorrow."
"What?" Sam growled. "So soon?"
"Yeah. With Jared and me being here, my pack is only running on my Third's command. They all left after the ceremony last night. The need their Alpha and Beta there for bit to settle back down. I figured why not let Jake come down in the meantime? Killing two birds with one stone, you know?" Paul rocked himself off the counter before stepping closer to us, Sam's hold tightening further. "And besides, Jared is bringing Embry with him, so Jacob won't be alone while we're down there. It's a win-win for everybody."
I rested a hand on Sam's chest, feeling more than hearing his unbroken growl. I stared up at him, trying to keep him calm and not go after Paul again. This would be the first time since he first laid his eyes on me that I would not be within reach. I could understand it completely. It was a scary thing, especially to a freshly mated wolf, an Alpha of all things. A creature that was so obsessed with control, it practically breathed it. If something were to happen to me, he would have no way to get to me fast. It was a scary thought.
But I had faith.
"I'll be alright," I said softly to him. "Nothing bad is going to happen. I'm sure Paul isn't going to abandon me. He's going to be right there beside me the entire time."
Sam huffed a breath and I could plainly see his thoughts as if they were painted over his forehead.
That's reassuring.
There was another moment of silence before Sam released his hold on me and grabbed the forgotten plate.
"Like I said, I'm fine with it as long as you want to go. If you don't, I'm fine with that, too."
"I want to go," I said, my voice a little concern. Sam merely nodded and didn't say a word as he put the plate back into the cupboard.
"Awesome," Paul all but yelled. I yelped as I was suddenly picked up by the waist, my legs clinging to his strong torso on instinct. He plopped me down on the counter before he gave me a kiss that was full of fire. It took my breath away.
As soon as he released my mouth, he gave me smirk before leaning in close to me, his strong arms bracketing me in. I couldn't help but smile back as I clasped my arms around his neck and stared into his bright grey eyes, alive with mirth.
"Wait until you see the mountains, baby. They are going to take your breath away. It so crisp and clean, it's like you died and gone straight to heaven. Just think of this as a little vacation from this place."
We both jumped a bit as a cupboard door was slammed with a bit more force than necessary. I watched as Sam swiftly dried his hands off before making his way to the front door. I turned accusatory eyes to Paul, who had a comical look on his face. I swatted his chest with as much force as I could muster. His eyes flashed to mine, confusion and pain now prominent on his features.
"What the fuck was that for?" he grumbled as he started to rub the spot where I hit him, the fleshing turning a bright pink over the golden tan flesh.
"You know Sam had a hard enough time to even let me go, without a fight might I add, and you're over here bragging about how this could be a chance to escape from here."
"I never used the word 'escape' at all."
"No, but you used the word 'vacation'. And a vacation is an escape form something. You just basically said that I need to escape from him. That was mean."
Paul only grumbled softly before stepping away from, his face now looking duly scolded like a child. "I didn't mean it like that," he muttered. I rolled my eyes and hopped down off the counter.
"Go apologize," I said as I stepped my way beside him to my room.
"What? Me?" Paul exclaimed.
"Yes, you. What you said was rather rude and you need to apologize. Now go, before I change my mind and stay here so that Sam won't have to be alone."
He just stared at me for a second, his mouth gaping like a fish, before he swiftly turned away from me and grumbled underneath his breath as he followed after Sam. As soon as he left, I couldn't help but grin and giggle as I made my way to my room, absolutely giddy now.
I had to start packing.
