Green x Red

Green eyes stared with clear exasperation.

"Just how long are you going to stay on this damn mountain?" Green asked, looking around at the snowy surroundings with distaste, feeling very cold despite the thick jacket he was wearing.

And Red could withstand this frozen hell with only a mere t-shirt and a vest?

(Sometimes, he wasn't so sure that Red was even human)

"Why are you here?" Red retorted quietly, barely giving Green a glance as his Pikachu jumped off his shoulder and greeted Green's Eevee with playful sparks, "Don't you have a gym to run?" He raised a brow at the other boy.

"That's not the point!" Green huffed, even though he knew that Red was completely correct, but it wasn't like he had worthy opponents come to Viridian City lately, so his absence was completely justified.

(It's not like he was worried for Red's health and safety, he just wanted a break from defeating weak trainer after weak trainer)

"Has this cold froze your brain?" Green asked in a mutter, looking away from Red to glance down at their two playing Pokémon.

He stiffened when Pikachu leaned in, licking Eevee's soft fur before pressing a gentle innocent kiss in a very human-like gesture before resuming their play.

Only, it didn't seem so innocent to him.

Green shifted, daring to take a glance at Red (who didn't even seemed fazed by the affection shared between Pikachu and Eevee, or he didn't notice it at all), and then his eyes darted back to the ground.

He might as follow Pikachu's example...

Red's eyes slightly widened when Green grabbed his shirt, forcibly pulling him forward and slamming their lips together in a sloppy and awkward kiss.

"Just... come back soon," Green muttered, pulling away while his face grew warm under Red's stare, "Your mom is worried about you, you know." With that, he gestured his Eevee to follow after him to begin their descent from Mount Silver.

Red barely touched his lips with his fingers and his lips slowly curved upwards after a moment or two, and he gave a nod to his Pikachu.

Maybe it was time to go back home... only with Green this time around.
