Claim: The ...uh...IDK. The story.

A/N: I'm one hell of a procrastinator haha! But partly because I erased my draft-which I don't normally do-because it seems so...weird. And yay for yukihime88 for guessing it right! I shall dedicate this chapter to her :) And did I tell you guys I laughed like a maniac when you called Sai a creeper-/killed

It had been two days since the incident and non of them talked about it. Itachi was absent from school—he'd sent a letter to the principal saying that he was unwell—and the rest was normal. Another obvious thing was their Science teacher, Haruno Sakura. The pink haired teacher looked like she hadn't sleep well last night.

Sasuke raised a brow at the teacher who was now apologizing to the class for accidentally space off. He knew what she was thinking about—Itachi. The raven knew really well about the crush that she has on his brother.

Sometimes, Sasuke doesn't know just what the women saw in his brother. Was it his looks, voice or the way he brings himself? Sasuke sneered. Naruto glanced at him.

"Sasuke...?" the blond whispered.

"What?" Sasuke whipped his head to the left.

"Uh...nothing."

"..."

Naruto bit his lips. He actually wanted to ask more about Itachi but he recalled Sasuke's furry that day so he decided to keep his mouth shut. Naruto was also worried when Itachi didn't turn up in school. He even visited the teacher's room at break, hoping to see the teacher sitting there like usual, marking his books. But no, Itachi wasn't there. The blond let out a silent sigh.

Finally, he tore a piece of paper from his notebook and wrote to Sasuke.

Um...is Itachi sensei all right? He's absent for two days now... —Naruto

He tossed it to Sasuke gently. The raven glanced at him before unfolding the note. Naruto saw that the raven was pulling a face as he reply. Sasuke thrust the note back to Naruto.

Why don't you just visit him if you cared so much? Pay attention in class, idiot. —Sasuke

Naruto sighed. Visiting Itachi?

Nah, he can't. He need to work after school today. Still sighing, he wrote another reply to Sasuke which the raven clicked his tongue in annoyance. After the incident, Naruto noticed that Sasuke didn't even touch him anymore, let alone glancing at him. It might sound ridiculous, but the blond finds it frustrating. He was used to getting attention from the raven beside him and now he was yearning for it when Sasuke ignored him.

He sighed again.

"God damn it, Naruto. Stop sighing. You'll blow the papers away if you sigh anymore," Sasuke hissed at Naruto.

The blond merely smiled a little. At least Sasuke still acknowledged his presence beside him.

After school, Naruto followed the same road to his work place, a bookstore. It might sound funny, but the blond actually did like books. That was why he was beyond happy when Kakashi gifted him the encyclopedia. At first he had denied but the teacher had made up his mind.

"Just accept it for being such a nice student," Kakashi had told him.

Naruto smiled.

Kakashi was his father's friend and he lived a few blocks away from their house. Naruto sometimes visited him and asked him about his homeworks or projects, which resulted in Neji suspecting them having an affair. When Naruto recalled Neji's words, he chuckled a little. Kakashi was like a second father to him, so how could they have an affair?

He quickly tidied his uniform when he reached the bookstore. He walked inside and saw his co-worker, Shikamaru Nara leaning against the counter, yawning. He greeted the boy who had his hair in a spiky ponytail.

"Evening, Shikamaru!" he greeted with a smile.

The other teen yawned. "You'd better change your clothes quickly, the boss is in a bad mood today." he said, jerking his thumb towards a certain blond.

Ino Yamanaka, Naruto's boss and also the shop owner, was sitting on her usual desk, typing something. The blond inched nearer and his eyes bulged.

"...Ino-san...is that a dead threat?" he asked carefully.

Ino whipped her head around and stared at Naruto. "If you don't hurry up and get change, you will get one too." she snarled.

Naruto backed away with both his hands in mid-air. "O-Okay, gee chill!" then he turned to Shikamaru who gave him a 'I-told-you' look. "Is she on the red month?" Naruto whispered to his friend.

"Think so. But I think you'd better hurry up or else your funeral will be the place I'm visiting," he urged.

Naruto groaned and stalked into the back room to change. Seriously, he never understand girls. They were sometimes really nice and sweet and then the next second all deadly and typing out dead threats. Sighing, he set his bag on the table and walked towards the locker. He then took out his working uniform and started stripping. After three minutes, he exited the room and bumped into someone. He looked up. Blue eyes widened at the smiling figure standing in front of him.

"S-Sai...?"

Sai smiled. "Good evening, Naruto-kun," he greeted with an extra friendly tone.

Naruto's eyes narrowed in suspicion. "Why are you here?"

The raven looked a little surprised.

"Eh, I thought this is a public bookstore. Did I enter a private property?" he looked around, feigning surprised.

Naruto didn't look amused at all.

"Excuse me I need to get to work," he said and tried to squeeze past Sai and the bookshelf. Sai grabbed his wrist. The blond tried to yank his hand away but in vain. The raven looked stronger than he is. "Let me go...!"

Sai's expression turned serious.

"That day I saw you with Neji at the park. Are you two in some kind of relationship or something?" he asked. His voice was laced with a certain kind of possessiveness which made Naruto to huff in annoyance.

"Why is it that when I talk to anyone you people have to assume that we are together? For God sake, Sai, we are not together. Now let me go-" he couldn't finish his sentence when the raven pulled him into his arms suddenly. Naruto flinched, surprised by the sudden warmness.

Someone coughed and the raven released Naruto immediately.

"What are you two doing?" Kakashi asked, staring at them suspiciously.

Naruto quickly untangle from Sai and stood aside. "N-Nothing, Kakashi sensei."

The man glanced at Sai, giving him a warning look. The teen merely smiled and walked away, bumping on Naruto's shoulder as he did so. The blond gritted his teeth. Now, he couldn't misbehave in front of his teacher, could he?

"Naruto."

He flinched at the fatherly tone. There was something about Kakshi's voice that made him want to cry and throw himself into the man's arms, pouring out every problems he had. That was what Naruto liked Kakashi for. He was a warm-hearted and understanding man and he felt like he could tell Kakashi everything.

"Is he harassing you?"

Naruto inhaled. He found it hard to lie to Kakashi. Slowly, he nodded.

"Listen, Naruto," Kakashi bent down a little, ruffling the blond's hair. "You need to be careful of your surrounding, okay? Especially Sai. I have seen him following you for a long time now and I don't know what he wants, but promise me, you will be extra careful when you're with him, 'kay?"

Naruto's eyes widen. Follow? Sai had been following him-

"That creep..." he muttered.

Kakashi smiled. "Now, get to work. Ino doesn't look pleased and don't make her unleash her anger at Shikamaru." he said and walked away. Naruto hastily followed behind, afraid that Sai might appear suddenly.

"How long are you planning to skip school, irresponsible teacher?" the raven asked, pouring himself a glass of water from the jar.

Itachi laughed. "You're missing me?"

Naruto is, Sasuke thought but he didn't say it out. "No. Sakura is," he replied sarcastically.

Itachi groaned. "For the last time, dear brother, we are not together."

"I thought you like her. And you two suit each other, one is a sadist and another weird. You two should marry and have babies." Sasuke replied, walking towards the dining table and pulled a chair, sitting down.

His brother made some disapproving sound.

"What about Naruto?" he asked suddenly.

Sasuke looked up and started at Itachi sharply. The blond was the last thing he wanted to mention to his brother. He hated his brother for hurting people that he loved. He hated his brother for not cherishing the affections he get but shattered it with his sadist side. It made Sasuke sick in the stomach because he knows no matter how hard he tries, Itachi will always take away his beloved and made them go away.

"What about him?" he asked back, taking a sip of the water.

The older raven chuckled. "Did he say he missed me? Or did he say he wanted to continue where we left off..." his voice trailed away. "Is he...okay?"

"Funny you even cared."

"I am still a human, Sasuke."

"Keep telling that to yourself. You made Deidara to go into the asylum and now you're planning to make Naruto go too. Do you have something against blondes or what?" Sasuke snapped.

"Why are you so touchy, Sasuke?" Itachi raised a brow. "Ah...don't tell me, you like him? What about Gaara? Poor boy, he must have been very heartbroken that you only use him as a fuck toy." the raven shook his head sadly.

Sasuke said nothing.

Because for once, he had nothing to say. He was confused himself.

Naruto yawned as he came out from the shower. He was too tired that even the hot shower doesn't help to relieve it. All he wanted now was to plopped down his bed and have a nice, deep slumber. He buttoned up his pajamas and like he planned, plopped down on the soft, fluffy bed and sighed in content. After five minutes, his eyelids touched the bottom of his eyes and his snores could be heard shortly.

He jolted up when he felt his clothes being pulled up. A figure hovered over him, his weight pressing down the mattress as he moved. The blond tried to open his mouth but realized that his mouth was covered by a piece of thick clothe. His hands were tied to his bed pole. He tried to pull them, hoping that the thing that tied him down will get loose but it didn't. He let out muffled sound and felt the figure's hand stroking his cheeks.

It sent chills down his spine and his eyeball moved to the left, spotting his opened windows. The cold night wind blew gently through the slightly parted curtains and touched his bare stomach. Naruto shivered from the coldness. Then he felt the figure shifting his weight on the bed.

Creak...

The figure bent down and their lips touched, sending jolts all over his body.

Naruto flinched when he saw the figure's face that was revealed by the moonlight when the wind blew the curtains apart.

The figure smirked when he saw the horror on the boy's face.

"Hello, Naruto."

A/N: Not much a plot, pretty much a filler to get the story going, to fill up the details...and yeah. There's some hint of ShikaIno here :) Don't get me wrong, I ship ShikaTema real hard but I think ShikaIno is cute too! About Kakashi...he will stay as a fatherly figure to Naruto because I liked him that way. It makes me melt to the core...and yeah. Naruto's room is invaded at night. Yay. Feel free to guess!
