Hermione lay naked in their bed, her husband's arm wrapped around her waist both protectively and possessively. They had been married that day and after many hours of good times with their close friends her husband had literally swept her off her feet with every intention of making her his in a private ceremony. As her husband slept peacefully Hermione could not help but remember what had brought her to this moment.

It had started in potions class where Ron in a lapse of good judgment had made an irreversible mistake that had sent Hermione far into the past to the time of Camelot and King Uther's reign.

At first she had tried hard to go unnoticed and to make sure that her presence did not change history to much but it had seemed that fate had different ideas in mind. She had done her best to avoid Arthur, Merlin and even Guinevere but over time she had become friends with Gwen anyway. Hermione missed Ginny and Luna very much, talking to them and doing general girly things but in Camelot she had no one until Gwen had taken it upon her self to be friends with her. Of course Hermione had to be careful with what she said or did incase someone figured out she was a witch and tried to kill her.

But someone figured it out anyway, Merlin had gotten himself into trouble and Hermione couldn't help her self and helped Merlin before he accidentally got him self killed. After all he couldn't become the greatest wizard of all time if he was dead. Merlin was very excited to have someone like him around and promised not to tell anyone. They would talk when they were able and Hermione began to think of him as another brother. Now that she would never be able to see Harry or Ron again Merlin was the closest thing to family she had now.

After the other knights began to show up and join Arthur, Hermione had become good friends with them but still limited her interaction with him especially after Gwen began to have feelings for Lancelot. Hermione had tried to make sure that Gwen and Arthur got together like history says they did by talking to Gwen about Arthur but that only made Gwen think that Hermione had feelings for Arthur which she had insisted she didn't. While Hermione did think that Arthur was a handsome and good man, and an amazing when it came to battle she had no feelings for him, not that Gwen believed her.

Despite her best efforts to stay away from Arthur he began to seek her out anyway. While trying to go unnoticed by him she had managed to spark his interest instead. Arthur would go out of his way just to be near her, to talk to her and before Hermione knew it Arthur was courting her.

Soon Hermione realized that the future she knew was no longer going to be because things had changed in Camelot. Gwen and Lancelot had gotten married the year before. Merlin was on his way to being the greatest wizard of all time but also becoming a husband him self. The other knights had also found significant others. And she was married to King Arthur of Camelot.

Hermione gasped as callused fingers found their way to her sacred flower, bringing her back to reality and moaned as those same fingers began to play with her bundle of sensitive nerves. "Arthur." Apparently her knight wasn't done with her yet.
