I Just Can't Take You Seriously When You're Covered In Glitter

Author's Note: So this little drabble/oneshot thing was inspired by a conversation with my family at dinner. Also, my beta is away at the moment, and as it's April Fool's Day, I wanted to get it up today, so this isn't beta-d. I have tried to fix any mistakes or errors, but I'm sorry if I've missed some.

So… my first published fanfic with the Stuarts. Credit to all these amazing characters goes to CP Coulter, the wonderful author of "Dalton". If you haven't read it, then a) what are you doing here? and b) go and read it right now!

"Can't you just make Derek do it?"

"Jules, have you heard Derek sing? Please, can you just help me rehearse-?"

Logan's sentence was cut short as a cascade of pink glitter descended over the two Stuarts as they walked through the door.

Both boys were caught off guard and, as a result, were now swearing loudly, gaining the attention of the other Stuarts in the common room. However, neither Logan nor Julian failed to ignore the sneaky hi-5 and the blur of blonde hair whiz by.

"Evan! Ethan!" Logan shouted, trying to wipe glitter out of his eyes. There were various volumes of laughter and sniggering coming from the others.

"If I hear any of you laugh one more time, I will cut your curfew privileges!" Logan hissed menacingly. The noise immediately died down. He turned to Julian, who, despite also being covered head to toe in pink glitter, was sniggering at the sparkly prefect. Logan raised an eyebrow.

"I'm sorry; I just can't take you seriously when you're covered in glitter."
