Hello hello!

Yes I know it's been quite awhile since I've addressed anything regarding this story, and for that I apologize. It's hard to believe the last chapter I posted for Deals with Daryl was 3 years ago.

First and foremost, I want to say thank you to everyone who has been reading this story. When I came up with the idea for this fiction, I was really excited since The Walking Dead was becoming so popular, especially Daryl's character, who I wanted to try and explore.

Second, I want to apologize again for taking so long to update this story. However, my excuse is a valid one. In 2014 I graduated high school and that Fall I officially became a college student. Since then, as you can imagine, I've been busy juggling college and a social life, as well as adjusting to Greek life and how to function on my own. As such, I've had little time to sit down and plan the next chapter for Deals with Daryl. I've known that you all were asking about the next chapter, and I really wanted to give it to you all, but I didn't want to rush the story. Most of the time I will write a chapter, leave it for a bit, and then come back to it and either edit it or rewrite the whole thing.

I want this story to only improve in quality. I don't want to rush together a chapter that doesn't live up to the idea for this story I have built up in my mind. Which is why there hasn't been a new chapter in 3 years.

HOWEVER

That does not mean I haven't had small moments where I could shell out a paragraph or two. I have started on the next chapter for this story, but it is not finished. I am hoping that over the summer I will be able to finish this next chapter and have it up before the fall semester starts. I want you all to know that I do plan on finishing this story, and thank you so much once again for all of your support and reviews ever since the very first chapter.
