Yay! More Daryl/Andrea!(: It's short, but please read and enjoy!

It's ugly and it's crude and he doesn't want her near it anymore.

Daryl handed Rick his gun back, and the man takes it back with a sharp nod. He's saying sorry and thanks at the same time.

Daryl silently kneeled down next to Andrea, and placed a hand on her shoulder. "Andrea?"

Andrea was still sobbing and clutching at Dale's hands, and Daryl lightly tugged at her hands, that were lightly coated with Dale's blood. He pulled her away from the blood covered body, and she stood her legs unsteady, tears still streaming down her face.

T-Dog returned (when had he left?) with one of the old blankets from their camp. He handed it to Rick, and the man slowly unfolded it as Daryl led Andrea away towards his separate tent, her tears wetting through his sleeveless shirt.

"Daryl," she whimpered as he sat her down on the thick log, and moved away. It's the first thing she's said, and he glanced over his should as he unzipped his tent.

"One second, Andrea," he said lightly as he disappeared, returning a few moments later with a jacket, a small bucket, and a clean rag. He hands her the jacket first, and she pulls it over her shoulder, and he put the bucket and cloth down as he started a fire in the pit in the center of his 'establishment.'

Then he dipped the cloth into the water, and started to dab the blood off her face, then her shoulders, and her arms and hands.

She stayed silent, and once he was finished about 10 minute later, he dropped the rag into the water, stained a light red, and sat down next to her, wrapping an arm around her shoulders. She buried her head in his shoulder, and whispered, "please don't go."

He looked down at her. "What do you mean?"

"My parents are gone," she started quietly, pushing down a sob. "Amy's gone. And now Dale's goneā€¦ You're all I have left, Daryl!"

She finished her sentence strong, but she started sobbing again a second later. Her hands clung to his side, and he shifted so he could move both arms around her waist. "'M not going anywhere," he promised, trying to keep his voice from shaking as the meaning of her words hit her. She didn't know how much she meant to him.

They both were the only thing each other had left, and it was going to stay that way.

Daryl tucked a strand of blonde hair behind her ear, and silently vowed he'd protect her. No matter what it took.

Andrea groggily rolled over, colliding with something warm next to her. Her eyes opened din panic, and her body tensed up, but she quickly relaxed as she realized that she must have fallen asleep with Daryl. She smiled, and sat up, rubbing at her eyes- they were sore, and Daryl groaned and opened his eyes. "Geez, are you trying to kill me? I was sleeping."

Andrea started to giggle, and he raised an eyebrow at her. "Women," he muttered, and she rolled her eyes and smacked his chest. "Shut up."

Daryl grabbed her arm and carefully pulled her back down next to him. "It's late," she whispered into his chest. "Everyone'll be up by now."

Daryl shrugged, but didn't move. "So?"

Andrea rolled her eyes again, and settled down next to him. He pressed a kiss to her forehead, and she sighed, ready to fall asleep again.

She didn't know how the day was going to end, but for now it was good. It was perfect.
