Pain
Her eyelids drifted across her eyes, hiding them from people but there was no one to stare at them anymore. She had no one to call her own, to love her for whom she was. Opening her eyes again, her hand ran across the side that was barren and cold. That urge to reach for her phone and call him up made her fingers twitch to do so but she couldn't. He wasn't there anymore.
He was gone from this world. Ren was gone. He died of what was a simple mistake – an accident. Tears welled up into her eyes as she pictured her ebony haired boyfriend that was gone now.
Reaching for her shirt, gripping it tightly until her hand hurt, she held where her heart should have been. It was gone. It went with Ren when he had passed from the world. Looking at the dark side that usually had her inspiration to pick up a guitar. Her beloved that helped her learn how to play it. He was gone. "Ren."
Her voice sounded like a gasp, as if she was trying to take in a breath but found nothing but that gasping feeling. Her body ached from the lack of sleep that she had didn't got. She was sure that there were dark bags formed under her eyes but it didn't matter.
The only thing that mattered was that she didn't have Ren anymore. She somehow heard, probably from the many messages she received on her phone that Hachi had another child. She had named her daughter after her passed love, making her smile as tears fell from her eyes.
"I miss you. Ren, I miss you. Why did you have to give up! Why did you quit trying to live after that accident? Why won't you answer me?" The ebony haired woman begged frantically to the man that was hers. He was gone; he wouldn't answer her. He would never answer her again. He would make love to her, to make them one being again.
Her life was gone.
I'm not sure if this would be considered a drabble. I got bored and looked to see about what was going on, on the Nana wikia and found out what happened to Ren. I seriously need to get the manga. I hope I can get it soon because I'm dying to read it. I've only read it when it was in Shojo Beat and saw the first episode and that was practically it. Pathetic I say so myself. Please review.
