This is my first Peter Pan, just so you know. I write too much for Percy Jackson. I wrote this (on paper) in my science class. And yes, it is a Peter/Jane story so if you prefer Wendy/Peter leave now. I believe Jane has a personality that all of us could relate to. A full Peter/Jane story will come soon; I just need to finish other stories.

"Jane, please stay. I'm begging you." Jane couldn't believe it. Peter Pan, the boy who doesn't age; the supreme hero of Neverland, was nearly in tears.

"Peter, I can't. You know I have to go home." He took a step closer to her and grasped her hands. "No, you don't. Wendy will understand. You can still be the only lost girl. Come one, Jane. The lost boys will miss you. Even Tink will miss you…I'll miss you."

Jane looked down in sadness. She couldn't bare hearing Peter's voice cracking. "But, I have a life there." Peter shook his head and scrunched his eyebrows. "No, you could have a better life here. With me."

Agony and waves of sadness washed through her veins. Warm tears flashed to her eyes and fell gracefully down her face. Peter saw this and his hands went to her cheeks. His fingers moved across her face, wiping the tears off. Tears kept glazing her cheeks. Peter then wrapped his arms around her and squeezed her in his kind embrace.

His face turned a light pink and his heart started thumping against his chest but he didn't let go. She turned pink herself and her tears slowly ceased flowing and she quietly sniffled, placing her head in the crook of his neck.

With a wave of new found confidence, Peter lifted Jane head by her chin and kissed her. He may be the boy who wouldn't grow up, but kissing her was an instinct. In a way, he has the "male" reflex.

Jane was hesitant at first. Sure she had a small crush on Peter that gradually grew each day but she didn't expect Peter to like her back. She was sure he thought it was a grown-up feeling that would pass at any moment.

After a few moments of the having their lips touch, they separated slowly. Jane bit her lip and blushed deeply. Peter, on the other hand, grinned stupidly and stared at her. His eyes scanned her and realized nothing would change her mind.

"At least you know how I feel before you leave," he let her go and turned to leave, "Just warn me for when you want to leave."

Jane was knocked back into reality from her daze and reached out, pulling his hand. She pulled him to her and smiled. "Don't laugh at me sadness, Jane." She shook her head and laid her hands on his chest.

"No, I'm not laughing. I want to stay here…with you, Peter."

Peter smile reappeared and lifted Jane off her feet and spun her around. Only Jane could make Peter care less about love being an adult emotion. Not even Wendy could be more effective. There was a time Peter thought Wendy was the one for him and then felt betrayed when she left. But something good came out of that. Jane.

Peter forgot the feelings he once had for Wendy, for her daughter, Jane. At least, he realized, this love was far greater than the one he had for Wendy. This was far more pure and true than the feelings he had for Wendy.

Wendy was 'perfect' as others would most likely call her. But Jane has many flaws. Her flaws are what Peter finds perfect. A real person he would say.

"I'll tell mum everything. I just have to stay with you." Jane said kissing him one more time. Leaving a staring Peter with his mouth open and cheeks a furious red.

Thanks for reading and tell me what you think. I kind of have something to say to Jane haters. They call Jane snobbish/bossy/and another "B" word I don't say. Jane is a girl that childhood was lost in WWII. How do you believe in magical, wonderful things such as Neverland and Peter Pan during a tragedy killing off people? I just want to yell that at Jane haters. Wendy's childhood was a walk in the park compared to Jane's. Let's spread the message!
