I HAD TO WRITE THIS! IT WAS IRRESISTABLE! *ahem* So, uh... I saved several screenshots of Danny staring at banana peels like he's mad at them or something, so therefore this one-shot was born. XD
I don't own DP. THIS, my friends, should be obvious. LOL. I also happen to NOT own the banana peel.
Also, this is a story that has my "quonky" Danny in it... A little clumsier than the original, and a bit of a different way about him. XD I always write about him to amuse myself. Be warned... there's unrealistic cartoony exaggeration in these things!
Danny's Banana Peel Blues
Sam and Tucker were in the lunch room at Casper High, waiting for their friend Danny to finish fighting the Box Ghost. The dorky blue ghost had threatened to steal all the lunch boxes and use them for his "evil plan". Oh, and to beware, for he is the Box Ghost.
Danny had run off to go ghost and send the Box Ghost back to the ghost zone. So there his two friends sat, knowing Danny could easily beat the specter without them. Soon enough, he did.
Danny flew away to change back to his human form. Seconds later he was walking back in the cafeteria, a tiny, satisfied grin on his face. He made his way back to the table where his two friends were seated. Before he ever reached the table, he suddenly found himself sliding!
The boy slid right past his friends, yelling at the top of his lungs. The noise was stopped as he crashed into the wall, leaving a Danny Fenton-shaped hole in it.
The whole room erupted in laughter. Danny was too dazed to really care.
"Oops. My bad," Tucker laughed nervously, scratching the back of his neck. "I must've dropped that on accident."
Sam rolled her eyes at her friend's carelessness as Danny, who was still being laughed at, sat down next to her. The girl pointed at Tucker. Danny immediately knew what she meant.
"Tucker..." he muttered.
"Sorry 'bout that, Danny," the techno-geek replied.
"Just be more careful next time," Sam responded for Danny.
THE NEXT DAY, AT THE SAME TIME...
Danny walked into the cafeteria with his two best friends.
"So, think the Box Ghost will attack again?" Danny half-joked.
"Think the banana peel ghost will strike again?" Tucker snickered.
As if on cue, Danny started to slip. Again. On another banana peel. The boy yelled louder this time, flailing his arms. He crashed into the wall. Again. He was a laughing stock. Again.
"That wasn't me!" Tucker pleaded, holding up his arms in surrender. Apparently the other highschoolers wanted another laugh, so Dash had put a banana peel right in Danny's path.
"I'm gonna get him for this," Danny growled, rubbing his face.
THE NEXT DAY, AGAIN... AT THE SAME TIME... AGAIN (How many times have I said the word "again" in this story?)
... OVER 9000!
Danny was screaming and moving at an incredibly fast pace. As you may have guessed, he was slipping on ANOTHER banana peel.
Tucker just sat in his seat, a sly grin on his face.
"That was you, wasn't it?" Sam asked the boy, giving him a look that would've killed him. And if looks could kill, he'd be a pile of smoldering black ashes.
Tucker snickered good-naturedly. "Danny's really entertaining when he's screaming like a girl and smashing into a wall."
Danny stormed up to them, holding up the banana peel he had slipped on. He swiftly threw the peeling on Tucker's head. "I'll forever hate banana peels, thanks to you," he said, sitting down.
Tucker kept laughing.
I fail at endings. XD
BEHOLD, the randomness of the banana peel joke! Please review XD
