A/N: The result of staying up until two in the morning and getting high on altoids. Sevastan fluffy-stuffs. Est Vitae add on. Yahz.

I own nothing but the plot and Rabastan's personality.

Severus watched, amused as Rabastan galloped around the room, flailing and shrieking. "Rabastan, love, what are you doing?" He asked, patience showing lightly in his velvety voice.

"SPIDERS, man! Spiders are near my pudding!" Rabastan shouted, continuing to run in increasingly tight circles around his Soul-Bonded.

Severus elegantly raised an eyebrow. "Oh? And pray tell, how have spiders come to be near said pudding?" He inquired, crossing his legs at the ankles as he surveyed the spazzed-out ginger.

"Dude! I don't know, man!" Rabastan screeched, jumping up and down before resuming his journey around the room.

"Obviously, you've drank an espresso this morning." Severus noted blandly, lips curving in an amused smirk.

Rabastan paused, backpedalled and galloped towards him. "Espresso? Coffee?" He asked, cocking his head to the side in a way that irked and enticed Severus at the same time.

"Indeed. You, my friend, are absurd." The dark-haired man said calmly.

Rabastan's lower lip began to tremble. "Y…You don't mean that, do you?" He whimpered, eyes filling with tears.

Severus sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose between his thumb and forefinger. "So, not coffee. Lucius has gone and gotten you drunk to spite me, hasn't he?"

Rabastan shrugged and flopped down in a heap at Severus' feet. "I dunnoh."

Severus quickly sent a prayer to any deities that cared to listen. "This is going to be a long night, isn't it.?"

Rabastan grinned like a loon in response.
