Jack was busy with the paperwork, a task he tried to put off until Ianto literally shoved him into his office and produced a pile of files.

He'd been at it for over an hour and Gwen had gone home and Ianto was down in the archives. The Hub was quiet, too quiet for Jack's liking.

His fears were fulfilled when a breeze blew through the Hub and the familiar sound of one blue wooden box filled the air.

He expected to see the be-suited figure of the Doctor any minute and frowned when he didn't.

He stepped out of his office and there was the TARDIS and incongruous splash of colour in the steel grey of the Hub.

He jogged down the steps and took out his key and entered the TARDIS.

He was surprised to hear music...and not the sort of music he expected to hear, Siouxie and the Banshees if he was correct.

He followed the strains of Happy House into the depths of the TARDIS and saw a door open at the end of the corridor.

The music was louder and Jack could feel the bass vibrating the floor and the music began to change to Dear Prudence.

He carefully opened the door wider and stopped.

The Doctor was engrossed in whatever it was he was doing but it wasn't what he was doing that made Jack stare...it was what the Doctor was wearing.

He was wearing a mix of goth and punk clothing and his hair was even wilder than before and it was blue with splashes of red.

Jack had to admit that the whole ensemble was rather fetching and he continued to stare as the Doctor suddenly did a twirl and stopped and the music died.

"What?" he said as Jack raised an eyebrow.

"Nice outfit...," Jack drawled.

"Me and Siouxie, best mates, besides Rose always said I was a punk with a little rockabilly mixed in," the Doctor sniffed and the music started again and the strains of Dear Prudence filled the air again.

Jack just smiled, glad to have caught the Doctor red- handed doing something he enjoyed.
