Someone mentioned the conversation following the kiss and someone else kind of turned it into a FF challenge. Well at some point Nikola and Helen would have to discuss the kiss. That's what I set out to write. It takes place about an hour after the epic climax of the finale. In conversation form, which I think I've only tackled one other time. For simplicity Helens part is in italics.

"Helen?"

"Helen? My God! Helen!"

"Oooh... Ow"

"Shhh. No don't try to move."

"Ni-Nikola? What are you doing here?"

"You didn't expect me to just leave did you?"

"Yes, I did. I told you to clear out with everyone else."

"And since when have you ever known me to do what I'm told?"

"Good point...I'm fine Nikola. The suit worked. And I have the Chilean miracle water"

"You scared me half to death Helen. What about the sanctuary."

"Help me up won't you? Thanks. Well I would say the Sanctuary is pretty much gone. Not to worry. All the inhabitants have been relocated."

"But the Library! And the Praxian Nanite! And the wine cellar!"

"Just things Nikola. Completely replaceable."

"I almost lost something that wasn't."

"I moved the nanite to a secure location weeks ago. All the records are safe."

"Not the Nanite Helen. You KNOW what I mean."

"You can't say I didn't give you a proper goodbye."

"We don't say goodbye. We never said goodbye. We slink off in the middle of the night and disappear for a few Decades."

"Immortality makes you Jaded."

"Did you want to die Helen? You really?"

"How can you ask that?"

"You re avoiding the question. This is ME you're talking to. Not Wilhelm the Wunderkind or your laphap Henrich. What did you expect?"

"I had expected you to go back to Sciu. or Colorado. Or wallow in the shell of the world's fair, drinking a silent toast to my memory. "

"You wanted me to think you were dead? Helen, Why -?"

"I needed everyone to think I was dead... I wasn't sure I would live."

"Why would you want that? You've been a beacon of hope for Abnormals everywhere for 150 years."

"It was the only way to keep Sciu out of the loop long enough... Do you remember plan B?"

"You mentioned it in 1901 while we were working on the Wardenclyffe tower. You have been planning this a long time."

"113 years."

"That was you? In the time loop? You might have told me. Or warned me about the stock market crash at least."

"Focus Nikola. Yes that was me. I'm sorry I couldn't tell you. You must have wondered at my odd behavior."

"Yes to be honest. But I knew you would explain when you were ready. I've had a century to get to know you Helen. You may be a mystery to the rest of the world, but to me you're practically predictable."

"You seemed surprised enough when I blew up the sanctuary."

"I know that smile Helen. You still have a card to play."

"Site B. It's there and it's operational. I sent a timed Email to Henry and Will. They'll be joining me there in a week."

"I do admire you Helen. In more ways than one."

"Oh dear lord."

"You still amaze me. But uhh don't let that get out."

"Your secret is safe with me, Nikola."

"Now about that kiss..."

"I wanted to make sure you got a proper goodbye Nikola"

"And yet, you're here. And I'm here. Alone too, I might add. So it wasn't 'goodbye' after all."

"No I suppose not."

"Perhaps it could be our new Hello?"

"Perhaps... Hello, Nikola."

"Hello, Helen."
