It had become a relic, this intricate band of gold, precious stones and white diamonds. It had become an object of deep veneration. A symbol of hope that one day she would return to her people.

Now, on the eve of her eighteenth birthday, a Thief had openly mocked him. In a daring heist, the Thief had come from above and invaded the King's inner sanctum.
