A Ranger's Apprentice Shuffle Challenge! Warning, spoilers may occur in other chapters, but I'll always say it in the author's note first.

Rules:

1. Put your Ipod on shuffle.

2. Write a drabble for each song that plays, about the song, but keeping to the topic.

3. It has to be 10 songs, and you can't go over the song time.

Well. I sort of disregarded the third rule, so you may or may not call this a true shuffle challenge. But I don't really care. I just keep on writing until I deem the drabble somewhat finished.

Just A Kiss - Lady Antebellum

Fifteen year old Will left the inn late at night. No doubt Halt would be wondering where he was. But surely the older Ranger would understand that he was celebrating with his old ward mates.

Will touched his lips subconsciously. He could still feel the soft touch of Alyss's lips against his. But really, he shouldn't think much about it. She was probably just congratulating him. It was just a kiss, after all.

And yet, during the whole walk home, he couldn't help but smile.
