"…. England?" America asked as he opens the kitchen door where his British older brother was cooking

"Yes?"

"C-Can I ask you something…?"

England smiled, "Of course, what is it?"

America started to nervous, looking down a bit, making England raised his (bushy) eyebrows

"I… I was wondering… What is a 'Love'?" America said nervously, blushing

England's eye widened, but then he chuckled as he turn off the stove, "Did Francis tell you something?"

"N-No..! I mean… Yes.. B-but—" He was stopped when he feel England's hand rubbing his hair

"It's okay.. I will tell you, anyway.." England smiled,

"Love.. is a special feeling," He started

"Special… Feeling?" America staring at England

"Yes, a special feeling just for someone that very special to you. You care about them, you always want to see them smiles, you don't want to lose them, nor make them hurt. You always want to see them everyday, in other words, you always want to stay beside them forever. Make sure that they alright, make sure that they happy, and make sure that they care about you too. That's what is called Love,"

They staring at each other for a moment, until England leaned in and kissed America's forehead, then smiled at him

"It's too early for you to feel love, but someday, you'll feel it,"

America silence, and England raised an eyebrow again

But then, he saw America smiled back at him

"I guess, I already feel the feeling now. So, this is what is called love"

"Hm? Really? Then, tell me, who is it?" England's smile faded

"For you!" America grinned, and hugged England tightly

"I love you, England!" he said

England's eye widened, bigger this time.

But he hugged back, smiling

"I love you too, America.."

They stayed like that for a moment, until England said,

"Now.. Eat," he handed America a plate of his cooking

America stared at England's cooking with a frown expression, but he knew he loves England. And he doesn't want to see England crying again like the first time he met him

"Alright!" He said eagerly, and quickly eat it

England staring at America with a big smile (pretty big for him)

"I love you, America…"
