A/N: This was a prompt from Samm, and so I finally typed it up and I'm now sharing it with you. :3

Ziva stands in the bathroom, staring at her reflection in the mirror. She's attempting to get her hair back in a braid so she can go to sleep, but it's not cooperating with her. She lets out an aggravated sigh and walks out into the hotel room she's sharing with her partner.

"McGee, could you help me?" she asks, and he looks up. He's sitting on his bed, his legs crossed and a book in his lap. He smiles, stands, and walks over to her.

"You need me to braid your hair?" he says with a smile and she nods at him. He leads her over to his bed where he sits her down on the edge and he sits behind her. He takes all of her hair into his hands and begins to separate it into three parts.

"I do not know what I would do without your help," she says and he laughs. She can feel the warmth of his body radiating against her back as his arms move with his hands. He's sitting right behind her, his legs on either side of her hips. She shuts her eyes as he begins to braid her hair, his hands gentle.

"You can thank Sarah for this talent," he says as he shifts. She smiles and reaches over to squeeze his leg. He smiles to himself.

They are quiet as he finishes her hair, holding his hand out for her hair tie when he's done. Once her hair is tied up and she runs her hand down the braid, she looks over her shoulder at him.

"Thank you Tim," she says softly, and he smiles. He wraps his arms around her gently, offering her a hug. She smiles, moving her hands up to hold his arms against her.

"No problem Ziva," he presses his cheek to her hair and she grins as he lets go of her. She stands up and moves back into the bathroom, picking up her toothbrush. McGee follows her, and stands next to her at the sink. They brush their teeth in silence as well, making funny faces at each other. When they're finished, they move back into the main room, heading towards their respectful beds.

"I hope we go home soon," Ziva says, and McGee huffs.

"I bet Jethro misses me," he says, and she aw's at him. He pulls back the covers and begins to slip under them, but sees the look on her face and stops.

"Are you okay?" he asks, and she bites her bottom lip. She grabs one of the pillows off her bed and runs around it, turning off her light and jumping onto the empty side of his bed. He laughs.

"Care to join me," he says, and she smiles at him. Her face is glowing, and she looks genuinely happy, so he cannot find a reason to object to her sliding under the covers and curling up next to him. He reaches across her and shuts off the lamp, lying down in the middle of the bed. She moves over closer to him, keeping her pillow with her. He looks down at her, as she's lying with her pillow up against his shoulder. She's smiling up at him, her face still brimming with happiness.

"Are you okay?" he asks quietly, and she pats his chest.

"I am very much okay. I am just very comfortable," she says with a smile, and he grins.

"I can take that," he responds and she settles back up against him. He wraps an arm around her shoulders, holding her close to his side.

"Thank you, Tim," she says softly, and he bends down to kiss the top of her head.

"Good night, Zee," he responds in a whisper, and he feels her nuzzle her head against the blankets.

He smiles.

If she wants to use him as a pillow, he'll live.

Just as long as she keeps smiling, he's fine.
