Just

Oh

They weren't lying when they said there were monsters down there. He slowed his running and leaned against the wall. It should be safe here. What in the fuck were those scientists- those monsters planning on doing with those... those things? Who sanctioned this?

He needed a cigarette and he needed it now. He rifled through his bag and grabbed his pack and lighter. It took a few tries but soon enough he took his first drag... It didn't help much. His hands were still shaking horribly.

Gotta write it down... they looked incredibly angry to see him. He knew too much now, that was certain. He grabbed a few sheets of paper and began scribbling what he saw frantically.

pigs... in human form, sorrow evident in their eyes as they were being experimented on

grinning skeletons, human skeletons, animated and... alive

a pile of leaves with terrible breathing... it sounded as if hissing

darkness in a cage, its purple eyes staring straight at me, its jaw unhinging itself-

oh god oh god oh god what have they done

He could hear something approach, a lot of somethings accompanied by horrible music.

His papers were shoved into his bag as he began to run. Faster! Faster! Lest he become one of those things! The exit was close, he could see the sun, he jumped out towards it-

Long, sharp teeth bit into his leg and he hit the ground hard.

As he drifted into the darkness, the sounds of an alarm rang in his ears.
