Finn ran his finger along the cold painted brick as he wandered through the corridors of Mc Kinnley High. In about a months time he'd be forced to start picking what he's going to choose for college. He heard a muffled cry, he turned the corner and saw Amizo pinning a student against the lockers.

"Amizo Leave him alone" Finn said, slightly fed up.

"Hudson goes find your gay boyfriend and leave me alone" Amizo retorted. Finn was going to reply but stopped.

"Look I get it, Karofsky broke up with you" he said seething. "That doesn't mean you need to pick on people smaller than you" Finn realized he went too far, Amizo let the student go and he slid down the locker and bolted off around the corner. Finn began to back away, knowing he'd opened a can of worms. Amizo moved forward and pulled his arm back and swung forward with a punch, landing square in Finn's stomach.

Finn felt the wind go out of him and gasped for air as realized he was falling backwards, He felt his body arch back as head hit the concrete stair, his body began to propel himself downstairs. With a loud thump Finn Hit the ground he could feel his vision blurring and turn black. All he could hear was the sounds of Sam saying

"Finn are you alright…Finn can you hear me, Oh My God, Finn your bleeding"

Finn blinked his eyes open, and he heard the familiar bleeping of a hospital. His vision began to clear up and the familiar bland tones of the room, He saw the blur of his mom's Kurt designed outfit as she went to find a doctor. Moments later Finn was being propped up by a nurse as she checked him out. The doctor came in and gave Finn a gentle smile.

"Hi Finn I'm Doctor Marie Andrews, look are lucky that you only received some minor bruising." The Doctor Paused "However, I don't think you were aware but you were aware pregnant and due to the fall however you miscarried, I'm Sorry"

"I…I….was….pregnant" Finn found himself short of breath and just started Crying. Scared and Sore, Carole hugged Finn as he just let go and cried. Kurt walked in and looked at the crying Finn.

"I know this is a bad time, but the glee club want to see Finn" Kurt said, Carole sighed.

"I'll talk to them."

"Get….SAM….Please" Finn said crying between breaths.

Rachel led most of the assembled Glee Club outside Finn's Room, Carole opened the door.

"Is Finn Alright? Can we please see him" Rachel asked, in her usual slightly condescending tone.

"I'm sorry Rachel, Finn isn't ready to see anyone yet" She said.

"What's going on Mrs. H?" Puck asked,

"Look, I'll have to let Finn tell you in his Own time" She explained. "Sam before you go can Finn talk to you" Sam nodded and walked in to see Finn.

Kurt watched as Finn's face lit up slightly as Sam walked over and held his hand. Finn tried to get rid of the tears, before speaking.

"The Doctor said I was pregnant, and…I…" Finn was beginning to get emotional "I…Miscarried" Finn just began to cry again, Sam tried to hold it back.

"Oh god" he said before Crying and Sam climbed onto the bed and cuddled and cried. Kurt looked at the two boys, they'd be alright. He was sure.
