... and here's another Harry Potter oneshot. I told you it's all I can think about :) No, it's not the new Defining Unforgivable yet, but that's coming soon. I promise!
Let's just say that Chemistry class was really boring today...
Disclaimer: If I owned Harry Potter, I wouldn't have been in Chemistry class today. So ha. I don't own Harry Potter. Don't sue me please!
Percy Weasley sat at the Gryffindor Table, watching as the little first years walked into the hall. Professor McGonagall led them up to the front of the room where an old hat sat on a stool.
Percy personally thought that the hat was disgusting. It was old and shabby and Percy didn't even want to think about the number of wizards that had worn. It probably had lice.
As Percy fed his pet rat Scabbers the leftovers from the sandwich he'd had on the train, Percy's younger twin brothers followed their peers into the Great Hall, identical, idiotic grins on their faces.
He tried to ignore their looks. They were the looks the twins always gave before they did something that would end with their mother screaming at them.
This was why Percy had been dreading his brothers coming to Hogwarts. He had known that they would cause trouble. He looked towards his older brother, who was sitting along the same table, shiny new Quidditch Captain badge – similar to the Head Boy badge their other brother had worn the year before – on his chest. But Charlie didn't look concerned at all. In fact, he looked excited.
Percy glowered. By this time, Fred and George had reached the front of the room. However, since their last name started with "W," they had quite a long time to wait before they would be sorted.
Percy applauded politely as some of Fred and George's future classmates joined him at the Gryffindor table, and frowned when others made their way to the Slytherin table. And then, finally, Professor McGonagall called out, "Weasley, Fred!"
One of the twins walked up to the stool and picked up the hat. He smirked as he placed it on his head.
Everyone waited for a moment. Then, they noticed the boy's mouth had started to move.
"Is he talking to the hat?" a boy next to Percy asked.
Still standing on line, the other twin continued to smirk, but the smile belonging to the one with the hat on his head started to waver. Percy had absolutely no idea what was going on, but he had a feeling that he didn't want to know.
And then the Sorting Hat's mouth opened wide. Everyone waited to hear the cry of "GRYFFINDOR!"
But instead they heard, "WILL THE REAL FRED WEASLEY PLEASE COME UP?"
And that's how Gred and Forge Weasley got detention on the first day of school.
Please review! Reviews make me really happy! Hope you enjoyed!
