Hi! It's a day late, but i made a tribute to 9/11. This is for all of the people who lost their friends or family members. I hope you like it.

The building shakes, and someone yells, "get out!" people swarm into the already crowded stairways, and trek down twenty seven flights, to the ground floor.

Bang! The building implodes, and only a few get out of it, while others are buried under.

One man gets rescued, and taken to a hospital immediately. But while in the ambulance, he is quizzed on general knowledge, so he stays conscious. "Who are you," a medic asks.

"Kyle Moorehouse," the man replies, running his fingers through his dark brown gelled hair. He looks around, his emerald green eyes scanning the van.

"What were you doing in the twin towers?"

"I was there to propose to my girlfriend."

The medic seems interested. "What did she say?"

"Yes."

Ten years later

She stands in front of the large stone wall, tracing his name with her tears. "Zach," she cries. It had been ten years, but even now, she still cries herself to sleep, with him in her mind.

Now, she stands in front of ground zero, still crying, tracing his name, etched in stone. "Zachary James Goode, why did you leave me," she cries. Zach had died in 9/11, or at least they pronounced him dead, since they hadn't been able to find him. They assumed that he was blown to bits. Her best friend pops up next to her, holding a camera.

"Smile," the friend says, taking a picture.

"Bex, is this for the camera class," the crying girl asks, tracing 'Zachary James Goode' on the stone, for the fifth time that day.

"Nope, just a personal thing. But I might use it later," Bex says, smiling as she looks at her latest masterpiece.

Two beefy hands cover Bex's eyes, and the owner goes "Guess who?"

Bex spins around, squeals "Grant," before kissing him. After the short kiss, Bex notices the jealousy in the girl's eyes and quickly reacts. "Cammie, I didnt mean to—I'm so sorry, I didn't mean it. Cam, I'm so sorry—wait is it? It is. Cam turn around," Bex says gasping, as Grant walks over to the man of mystery.

"Sup dude," Grant greets, hugging his best friend and ex-roommate. The man looks around, his emerald green eyes sweeping the crowd.

"Is Cam here," he asks, curiously.

"Yeah, over there, crying over your name," Grant says, pointing over to the girl sobbing on top of the engravings.

The man walks over to the girl, and taps her shoulder, "Excuse me, but who are you crying over," he asks.

"Zachary Goode, my fiancée—Zach," she wails, hugging him. "I missed you," she cries.

"I missed you too, Cammie," Zach says holding her in his arms, standing in front of what was once his grave.

Miracles do come true.
