I was amazed and overwhelmed with joy that this old story still has dedicated followers.

I started writing Mean What You Can't Say when I was thirteen years-old. Now, as a twenty-year-old college student, it is finally finished. I hope that the ending was satisfying.

When I originally started this story in 2011, I had plans to delve into an intense character study between Vlad and Danny. I admit that I was greatly inspired by the fic "Checkmate" by pearl84. It would have probably been a very long, drawn out story if I had run with that plot bunny. When I picked this back up, I pretty much tossed that idea aside. I wanted to give my followers a somewhat satisfying ending that would correlate with the story I had written. I admit that it could have been better, but I wanted to finish this before I potentially lost interest again. I admit, I'm not very good at writing long chapter stories nowadays.

Once again, thank you all. I will continue writing more stories to publish in the future. I read every single review, and they always make my day! Thank you for following Danny's long ride through life and death.
