I'm not at all pleased with how the end came how, but here it is. Hope it's not too horrible XD

"Thanks for watching him for the day Garcia," Mistress JJ said, placing my cage on a table.

"No problem Jayje." A woman wearing a bunch of different colors said,

"I just want to keep him away from Will's mom. She hates birds. I don't want a repeat of last year!"

Ugh. I remembered that. Evil, evil woman! She tried to feed me to that stray cat outside! I still have nightmares about it.

I suppose I should introduce myself, I'm Doodles Jareau. Yeah, I know the name ain't too big on dignity, but the little master, Henry, named me.

"He's such a gorgeous bird!" the colorful woman squealed

Well, she's got that right. I am handsome guy. I've got a yellow head, two orange spots on my cheeks and white body. I'm quite the looker.

"Well I've got to go. Take good care of Doodles. And be careful, his wings have grown back since the last time we clipped him and we haven't had a chance to do it again, so don't let him out of the cage," Mistress waved and walked out the door.

Wait? Where's she going? Mistress? Mistress! Don't leave me here with the Crazy Rainbow lady!

"Well aren't you a noisy boy!" she said playfully

Well duh! I'm being noisy because my mistress left me alone with an insane living rainbow! She opened the cage, and reached her hand in and held out her finger. Oh no way, I only perch on Mistress JJ and Master Will! (Not Little Master he's well, too little for that) I hopped up to a perch a bit higher to show that I wasn't interested.

"Okay then, you want to be alone," she said,

Finally she gets it!

I looked at it in shock. There it was wide open and ready for me to escape through, the door to my cage! Not even wasting a moment, I darted straight out of that thing!

"No, Doodles come on get back here!"

Ha, like hell Rainbow Lady. I kept flying around, seeing how long it would take her to actually catch me.

The Next Day

Well, she ended up catching me after about 20 minute but that's only because I slowed down a bit. I looked over as she opened a door after some knocking.

Mistress JJ! Thank god, get me OUT OF HERE!

"Hi Garcia, did everything go all right?"

"Oh yeah JJ he was a perfect angel," she said, lifting my cage and handing it to her. Mistress JJ took it, said goodbye and walked out the door.

Garcia slumped into her chair and let out a sigh of relief.

"I am never getting a bird," she muttered
