When Brittany kissed Santana, she no longer cared about not being Prom Queen, she no longer cared about being Karofsky's 'beard', she didn't even care about how Brittany had destroyed her heart. All she cared about, in that moment, was how much they loved each other. And that, laides and gentlemen, that was perfect.
