An/ I've had this written for a while now, but I didn't think to post it. These are jsut five things that I though about Annie in the Hunger Games. Enjoy.

1.

Wouldn't you go insane? She wanted to ask but she couldn't. She wanted to scream it because after the games the night terrors for they were much worse than nightmares. She didn't want to relive it. No one would. It came down to a choice: Relive? Or Insanity?

She has always known that she choose right.

2.

She, of course knew what the Capitol did to Finnick. She also knew that he didn't want to be the many lover man that Capitol painted him to be, but he did it for her. That both hurt and harmed Annie. He went with what the Capitol wanted for her.

Sometimes she wishes that he didn't.

3.

That one moment, when their bodies collided for the first time in a long while. That is the happiest moment in her life. Not her wedding or the birth of her son. But that one priceless moment after being kept apart, it was like her other soul had been found. His arms hug her closely never wanting to let go, afraid just as she was that they won't see each other ever again. That moment was happiness.

She relives that moment every day, even if he's no longer here.

4.

Their little boy is the source of her joy in her life. She devotes every second of the day to her son; she wants to make sure that he is never unhappy. She doesn't want him to go through what both she and her husband did. She has visitors everyday because sometimes she slips away falling into the comforting madness. Annie doesn't want to leave her son, but she's sacred that one day her mind won't be able to handle it anymore.

Sometimes her son is the only thing that holds her mind together.

5.

Life to her is not something that your cry over. Yes bad things happen and you will cry, just like she did when she heard about Finnick, but she got back up. Annie made sure to be there for her son even if sometimes she wasn't there fully in the mental sense. She's a strong person and she'll be okay in the end. Still though she wishes her love was here.

But she knows she'll see him again. It's that fact that allows her to be who she is after everything.
