Hinata Hyuuga finally figured it out. She knew what she needed to do. It seemed so obvious now after watching them interact. The worse it got the more he wanted it. He was unconventional so it made sense that he would like something like this. She was willing to do whatever he needed. They were going to be together. Her declaration of love was going to be unconventional but she would be clear and unyielding. It would hurt him in the short term but he would recover and she would make him so happy.

Hinata walked through the streets of Konoha to find the man she loved. He was probably with some of the guys after morning training. That meant they'd go to lunch next. The Hyuuga heiress walked toward the market district. Hinata saw some of the guys in the Konoha Eleven walking down the street. Naruto was in the middle of the pack. He was wearing his standard Jonin outfit. Hinata took a deep breath. She steadied herself. Execute her plan and she would be happy with him.

The white eyed kunoichi walked up to her friends. They greeted her. She and Kiba shared a friendly hug. Naruto opened his arms to hug her when she struck. Hinata landed three hard punches on her defenseless crush. He dropped to the ground. He coughed and blood shot out of his mouth.

"Get up, Naruto," she roared getting the attention of everyone on the street. "You're taking me on a date tonight."

Naruto coughed trying to prevent himself from choking on saliva and blood. Hinata moved to grab his vest and continue her plan when Kiba and Shino grabbed her. The heiress struggled to get free. She was doing this for them. She'd do anything for him.

"Naruto," said an unwelcome voice.

Sakura shrieked her teammate's name. The bags she was carrying were dropped. Ino was next to her. The medic nin moved to Naruto. She helped him sit up. Her palms glowed green over his abdomen. His labored breathing relaxed to a more normal pace.

"Naruto-kun…Naruto-kun," she said with great concern.

The blonde said something to her that only she could hear.

"Don't worry," she replied. "I'll take care of you personally. You won't have to go to the hospital."

He smiled weakly. His head fell against her chest. She adjusted him to get him up but he was taller than her now. It is difficult to be gentle without help.

"Give me a hand, Choji," said the rosette after she finished her examination.

Sakura and Choji got Naruto to his feet carefully.

"Let's get him back to his apartment."

His stomach growled. He said something again in a soft voice.

"Don't worry, love," said the rosette. "I'll ask Ayame to bring some Ramen to your apartment."

Shikamaru rolled his eyes as his friend was carried away.

"Bad move, Hinata," said the dark haired Jonin. "I think you just forced Sakura's hand."
