Bugging Voldemort
The Marauders + Lily were flopped across the Potters living room. Well, at least James and Sirius were. Lily was looking for book she was going to lend to Remus. Remus was reading a book on a chair. Peter was pacing nervously, jumping at every little sound. Sirius and James were just chatting as they lounged on couches. The words "Greasy git" and "moldy wart" seemed to float around a lot. Then James tried to sit up. I say tried because he fell off of the couch. Sirius roared with laughter, Lily giggled, Remus raised his eyes and smiled, and Peter jumped a few feet into the air. James picked himself up.
"Right then, welcome to the first meeting of the get rid of Moldywart group. First item on the agenda: How do we deal with Moldywart?" James said with a big grin. Sirius matched his grin. Everyone else just stared. Finally Lily spoke up.
"Honey, if this destroys the house, I'll kill you." She said with a too-sweet smile on her face.
"Who's Moldywart supposed to be?" Chimed in Peter.
"Isn't it obvious? It's the greasy git's master! Also known as Voldemort, you-know-who, etc." Said Sirius. Peter looked ready to bolt then and there.
Remus dropped his head to his hands. "Didn't we talk about this? He sighed.
James was using his best innocent look.
"Maybe. But never mind that, I have an idea!" he cried.
"Ooh! Do tell!"
"Moldywart's follower's have made his name almost sacred. Why don't we do the same with Dumbledore?" James said.
"That's a great idea!" Lilly cried out.
"Let's do it." Said Remus.
Three weeks later
Sirius was backed against a wall by five death eaters.
"We got you now Black! Not even Dumbledore can save you!" One of them taunted. Sirius glared.
"You dare speak his name?" He said. The death eaters exchanged glances. Finally one of them spoke up.
"What?" he said eloquently.
"You are not permitted to say his name!" Sirius yelled. Then he hexed the crap out of them before disapperating in that cool white blur that order member's use. He landed on the front step of the Potter's.
"Well that went well." He said with a grin.
