Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto
Protective
/SasuSaku/
To say that I was protective of my girlfriend was an understatement.
I nearly slapped someone for offering to buy her a drink, even though Sakura and the male were doing their jobs—acting.
I nearly yelled at Naruto when he kept asking Sakura if she was okay. That's my job—not his.
So, (as expected of me) I was not super-excited when Sakura decided we had to go to the beach, to share some 'quality time' together.
(I was all up for going to the beach. Really, I was. I'm just not too fond of my Sakura in a bikini. Who knows how many perverts were wandering the beach today?)
"Come on, Sasuke-kun! It'll be fun!" Sakura pouted. Her angelic cherry lips were turned in to an adorable puppy frown...
No! I couldn't go soft on her now."Sakura, I'm not in the mood to go to the beach today."
"Come on, Sasuke-kun—if you do, we can do whatever...you...want," she whispered seductively.
I froze. Damn it. "Sakura…" I started, getting ready to shoot her down—but damn it, those pouty lips and those eyes! "…get your stuff ready for the beach."
"YAY!" she cheered.
How I love that girl.

So it wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be… but it's still pretty bad.
Sakura's already punched four guys who tried to hit on her and nearly mauled one guy who touched her ass.
I'm so lucky I have this girl.
From behind me, Sakura's friend, Hinata Hyuuga, muttered something about Sakura 'being very harsh' to Neji, Kiba, Kankuro, Dosu and Zaku—Zaku being the one who touched her ass.
"She may be violent Hinata—" I started before the shy Hyuuga cut me off.
"—but that's why we love her."
True Hinata. I thought. So true.
I turned back to Sakura, to see her giving her ice cream to a little kid. The simple act made my gaze soften at her. Sakura's so kind.
Hinata tapped me on the shoulder, and I quickly looked over to her.
"Sasuke-san, Karin alert," she mumbled.
Oh, hell no.
Karin started strutting over to Sakura, a sneer plastered on her face.
Hinata, Naruto and I rushed over to my pink-haired angel.
"Hello, Saki dear," Karin sneered, showing her slimy yellow teeth. (That's what you get when you don't brush your teeth daily.)
The pinkette looked up from the kid and stared up at her. "Hey, Karin," Sakura said, almost as if she were bored.
"We need to settle something, Pinky," Karin sneered in her face. I listened in, waiting. If Karin hurt Sakura, I swear I'll sock her into next week.
"What?" Sakura asked.
"Sasuke's MINE!" Karin yelled as she went to hit Sakura.
WHAM!
I stood over Karin, cracking my knuckles. Her nose started bleeding, and she looked up at me in shock.
"S-Sasuke-kun! Y-You hit me! You hit me!" Karin wailed.
I growled at the redhead.
"You have no right to speak to Sakura like that," I muttered at her, almost too low for anyone else to hear. But I knew Karin heard. Very clearly. "If I see you anyway near Sakura again, the consequences will be much worse; I promise." I grabbed Sakura's hand and tugged her along, ignoring the doe-eyed look on Hinata's face.
"Are we going home, Sasuke-san, Sakura-chan?" Hinata asked.
I nodded. "Aa." Looking over at Karin I say, "We aren't staying where whores are. C'mon, Sakura, Hinata."

"Sasuke-kun?"
"Hn?" I look up from my paper and manage a soft smirk (which, to me, was a smile), taking in Sakura's beautiful, glowing face.
"Is Karin going to be okay?"
"Why do you care?"
"Uh..."
"Forget it."
"Sasuke-kun?"
"Hn?" I grunted again.
"Um...Kiba touched my butt two weeks ago."
I growled. Stood up. "Sakura," I said, calling her over.
"Yes, Sasuke-kun?"
"Warm my tea up for me when I get back."
She blinked a couple of times. "O-Okay."
I left, ready to stalk over to that dog's house to pummel his face in.
Like I said, I'm protective of Sakura.
And really, she wouldn't change a thing about it.
