I was in a story mode today! I know I write LOTS of one-shots, but there hasn't been much going on to write a story with chapters yet. When I get an idea I will start typing. Toothless-the-nightfury gave me inspiration to write this one, so I decided to take up the idea finally! ENJOY!

Summary: Just Hiccup and Toothless asking questions about their races... Then a little later there's humanoid-ness!

Disclaimer: I don't own HTTYD... simple as that.

So Many Questions

Toothless' POV

"Toothless?" I looked up at my master curiously.

"Yes Hiccup?"

"Why are you so kind to me?" I looked at him with an annoyed expression. He asks way too many questions. Oh well, I suppose I am obligated to answer.

"You're all I have left. After I lost my family and friends, there was no one that would comfort me. Then you came along and fixed everything. Now let me ask you something."

"Okay."

"Why don't you want to kill me like everyone else does?"

"I don't see the point in killing something that is not understood."

"What do you mean?"

"Well, everyone thinks that dragons are big, scary creatures that just want to kill, kill, kill until there's nothing left, when actually you're just like any other animal. Scary when you are angry or scared, but kind when you're not."

"Ah I see."

"Hey, Toothless?"

"Hmm?"

"Why are you- um well... why are you-"Oh this should be a good question. He's hesitating.

"Go ahead. I won't be mad, honest."

"O-okay, Well, Toothless, why do you have to be a dragon?" Well... that caught me off guard.

"..."

"I- I'm sorry. I didn't mean to say anything wrong."

"... I need to show you something... but you gotta promise not to be scared of me, okay?"

"Okay." I led him to a cave in the grotto. By his face, it seemed like he never knew that the cave existed.

Hiccup's POV

"Don't move. Just stay still no matter what happens, alright?" All I could see in the darkness was his big green eyes.

"Alright." I was still uneasy. I didn't know what was going to happen, and I wanted to be there by his side if he was hurt. He walked to the center of the cave, and sat. This lasted a few minutes until suddenly a very bright light shone all over the cave walls. If I hadn't looked away, I would have gone blind. A few more minutes passed and I heard someone walking toward me. Whatever or whoever it was, had walked over to me, and sat next to me. I was terrified. The footsteps I now heard were leading out of the cave. My curiosity got the best of me and I followed them out. I was in awe when I realized who it was. It was Toothless. He was human... and he was beautiful. I'll try to give you the best description I can, although it is almost impossible to describe him...

His hair is the darkest shade of black I've ever seen, and his skin is very pale. His ears stick out of his hair, which is about chin-length, and I noticed that he has patches of black scales all over his body. Toothless still has his wings and tail, but he is unable to fly. I hope I can teach him again... But the one thing I fail to never notice, are those big, beautiful green eyes that I've always loved so much.

"Is this what you wanted? For me to be human?"

"Y-yes, but can you ever change back?"

"Maybe. It depends on what the gods think." There was a short pause, and then I embraced him tightly.

"I love you." I could tell he was in shock, but I didn't care.

"I-I love you too."

This is like the crappiest ending ever. Oh well... I hope you liked it!
