Chris
Puck and I'd come downstairs where Ashley and Rachel were. Before coming down, I'd gotten dressed.
"Hey we're goin for a walk," Puck informed them.
"Ok," Ashley said.
Rachel stood;"is it ok if I come?"
I looked at her; "yeah, sure."
"Ok."
We left the house, going outside. We stepped out onto the porch. The night was dark and cold.
"Wow," Puck said.
We stepped off the porch and onto the lawn.
"Yeah I know," I said.
"There's been a lot goin on," Rachel said.
"There has," Puck agreed; "but everyone seems to have gotten the arguments out of the way."
"Jesse left," I informed them.
"I know," Rachel said.
"Oh."
We panned left and walked down the sidewalk. The houses were lit. It reminded me of a line from 'On My Own'. I smiled.
"What?" Puckasked.
"Reminds me of a song lyric,"
"The one from 'On My On'? " Rachel asked.
I nodded; "yeah."
Rachel started singing the song. Puck and I stayed silent, putting our arms around each other.
"Wasn't that your audition piece?" Puck asked.
Rachel nodded; "yeah. I was in Les Mis when I was little."
"Wow."
"Oh I'm very talented. I would know I'm very talented."
'Wow Miss Diva."
"I'm not the only one."
We continued walking.
"So," she said.
"So?" I said.
"Ashley and I kissed."
"Wow how was that?"
She smiled.

We'd arrived back at the house. We made our way through the living room and into the kitchen where Ashley was. She looked up when we entered.
"Hey," she said.
"Hey do you have sleepover stuff? I think I'm gonna get ready for bed," Rachel asked.
"Yeah should be upstairs. You can wear one of my nightgowns hun."
"Thanks."
Rachel turned and left.
"Hey I'm gonna go out," Puck told me, nodding at the garage.
He unwrapped his arm. I stood up and kissed him; "ok."
He left.
I pulled out a kitchen chair and sat next to Ashley.
"What happened?" I asked her.
She looked at me; "what?"
"Earlier."
"Oh that."
"Yes that."
"You mean besides the breakups?"
I raised my eyes to the ceiling and sighed; "yes Ashley besides the breakups."
"Well."
I looked at her, waiting.
"My brother's girlfriend had a miscarriage," she told me.
"Wow." I said quietly.
"Yeah I know."
"How's she doing? I mean obviously not too well. Um."
She smiled; "that's the samething I asked. And realised."
"Yeah not too well. Evan's not doing so well either. Lily's over there."
Oh so that's where Lily had gone.
