A blond boy ran down the dark street, the rain pouring from the heavy clouds above him. His black cloak was torn, revealing scars and bruises all over his body. He constantly looked behind him, feeling as if he were being chased by the abusers.

He stopped in an open area of his home world made of darkness, surrounded by towering buildings all around him. Although he was out in the open, he knew they wouldn't go after him until he returned to the dark side of his empty life.

All he could do was stand in between light and darkness, confused about who he really was. But he knew that when they caught him, he would be stronger. He would know who he is and fight them.

Then again, Roxas wanted to be whole again. He wanted to feel true happiness, he wanted to dream…

He wanted a heart of his own.

He looked up at the still-darkening sky, remembering the stars that marked other worlds. He wanted to go to all of them on his own free will, not because he had to kill or destroy. The boy wasn't afraid to disobey now. They could beat him down and throw him around as much as they wanted, but his spirit was unbreakable.
The wielder of the Keyblade opened a portal to a random world. He didn't know where he was going, and he didn't care. He just wanted to show them he could refuse and fight back.

But just as he was about to walk through, he froze. He couldn't do it. He was afraid of the consequences. The blond felt faith pushing him towards destiny, but fear was pushing in the other direction, making him question what he couldn't see. Towards broken dreams. He wanted to control the two pushing him, but knew he couldn't.

His mind reeled with the dreams he once had before. Dreams of becoming whole and being free from the realm of darkness again. Now that he thought about it, freedom never felt so alien to him.

He couldn't let fear stop him from moving forward. He had to push back. Even with all the force fear had, it could never break him. It could only weaken and make him and burn his dreams away until they were merely dust. He couldn't let those things stop him. He had to trust himself and faith to move on.

He could feel the flames of fear taking more dreams away as it pushed him farther from the portal. He wanted to reach out to those dreams and grab them before they were set ablaze. The dreams of people he's never met, places he's never been, things he's never seen. But even if he was unbreakable, the flames could still burn him slightly, burning away his trust, as well.

But he wouldn't let that stop him. He couldn't. No one could touch him. Nothing could stop him.

His urge to dream and be free again settled the problem for him. He shook the fear off him, the fire diminishing to nothing.

This time, he wasn't scared. He was unbreakable.

He whispered words to himself to motivate himself, walking through the portal to another world.

"No one can touch me. Nothing can stop me."
