"He was picking on Skywarp, Thrust! I couldn't let him get away with it!" Acidstorm finished his rant about his most recent school yard fight to his spark twin. Said twin, Thrust, sat on his knees beside Acidstorm on the green and red mech's bed, bandaging and performing general patch ups. He was quite used to this routine, as he was also used to seeing Acidstorm without armour on, having to bandage the softer parts of his body too.
Acidstorm paused for a minute, glaring at Thrust thoughtfully. Thrust ignored him and slapped a plaster over a particularly nasty cut.
"Go on. Let 'er rip!" Thrust looked up at his twin like he'd asked him to spark bond with him.
"What do you mean, Acid?" He asked quaintly.
"I'm waitin' fer yer naggin'! Yah always nag meh! So let 'er rip, bro! Brag 'til mah brain bleeds!" Acidstorm waved his arms around in the air for extra emphasis. Thrust winced at the poor use of the English language coming from his brother, especially the use of the word "bro". The brown and red mech gave that nasty cut a hard jab, making Acidstorm yelp and curse once or twice.
"Alright. First, it is 'brother', not 'bro'!" He stated firmly. "Second, there were so many mistakes in that single sentence, I swear I could kill you!" He leant forward, bopping his brother over the head. "And thirdly, yes, you have proven your have a talent for starting fights and being unnecessarily aggressive and that said talent is progressing rapidly, however," Here, he paused to let Acidstorm turn to face him on the bed. "I will not be 'nagging' you, as for once, in your overly violent, muscle and masculine drowned life, you started a fight for a reason! Not just because you wanted to show off!" Thrust finished with another prod to Acid's wound, making his twin squeak and curse again.
"... Dat's it?" He grunted. Thrust nodded.
"That's it. You beat up those mechs because they were bullying our little brother, and I'm proud of you for that! And for once, and only once, I don't mind patching you up." He announced, closing the first aid kit. Acidstorm stared at him dumbly, blinking his ruby red optics a few times.
"... You is such like a femme!" He grunted. Thrust sighed and pinched the bridge of his nose.
"Just because you are an idiot, it does not mean I am effeminate!" He snapped.
"Bless yah."
"I didn't sneeze you idiot!" Thrust paused for a minute, trying to keep his cool with the brain dead mech before him. "What I am trying to say is..." What was he trying to say? Acidstorm stared at him expectantly, waiting for his brother to give him an answer. "... This." He leant forward and quickly pecked Acidstorm's cheek.
Grabbing his first aid kit, he scampered out of a bewildered Acidstorm's room. The said red and green mech blinked a few times, then gave a satisfied and triumphant grin.
