AN: This is my first Glee fic and I had some trouble channelling Brittany, but I hope you enjoy it anyway. *crosses fingers*
Brittany loves Santana, but she does not understand her. They have always been the best of best friends and shared those sweet lady kisses they both love so much. Now things have changed. Ever since Santana told Brittany that she loved her, the kisses and her friend have gone away. It really sucks. Why does Santana have to go away?
Santana always said that because they were both girls it was not cheating. But why does she seem to have changed her mind now? It has always been that way. Why does it need to change? Is it just because Brittany loves Santana and Artie? They had still kissed and been friends when Santana loved her and Puck. Why is this different?
Since Santana will not talk to her, there is only one thing to do. Talk to Artie and see if he can explain. Maybe he understands. He is really clever after all, even if he did lie about the magic comb.
When Brittany talks to Artie, he does not understand. First he gets angry and wants to know how Brittany can do this to him. She explains she is not doing anything; you know, because they are both girls. Then he stops being angry and says then if it is not cheating, that he will watch next time. Brittany does not like that. Sure they had done things with each other and a boy before, but this is different somehow. There is a pain she does not understand and that will not go away and she hopes if she tells him "no" that it will. When she does, he gets angry again.
After the shouting and arguing stops, Brittany feels better. There is no pain now. There is no sadness. There is no confusion. She knows what she needs to do and where she needs to go.
When she arrives at Santana's house, the other girl opens the door with a scowl. Brittany just wants to kiss it away. If she kisses it away, it will make Santana happy. All she wants is to make Santana happy.
"I'm all yours." Brittany says and watches as the scowl changes to a mixture of hope and confusion. "I was always yours."
