How could Werewolves be better than Vampires? From hearing the Midnight Saga that Carly reads, Vampires are supposed to be the dream boyfriends. Not the werewolves. Evil Gibby. Not to mention he has a girlfriend. Named Tasha! Who is also hot!

Why did he have to take Katrice!

" Evil!" I say then kicking my foot against a pole.

" Ow!" I yell clutching on to my foot.

" Ow the nerd yells as he whimpers in pain." I hear. I turn my head and Sam is standing behind me on the street.

" Why are you out so late?" I ask.

" Your not my mother." Sam spats back at me. I roll my eyes.

" Why are you mad dork?" Sam asks. I let go of my foot.

" Gibby got Katrice." I reply in an annoyed tone.

" Isn't Gibby with Tasha?" Sam asks back.

" Yeah!" I reply.

" That evil cheating little Gibby." Sam says. I chuckle. Sam and I walk some blocks together. We were standing close to one another.

" Do you know why we have this whole thing with vampires verses werewolves?" I ask Sam.

" I blame Roger Peterson and Terence Landon." Sam says. " Stupid Midnight saga." She adds.

" Agreed."

" But I do know that girls are some how into the whole sparky skin during daylight, a guy that will do anything to keep you alive combined with then a guy who is hot shirtless and will do anything to keep you as your girlfriend. It's really stupid. Like bigfoot. Those types of guys don't exist in the human world." Sam says.

" What's with girls and sparkly things?" I ask.

" Why do boys like girls who wear mini skirts?" Sam asks back.

" I'll shut up."

" Not to mention you should feel bad for Katrice."

" Why should I feel bad?"

" Then you clearly didn't hear what I said."

" What?"

" Vampire equals sparkly skin. Werewolf equals hot shirtless. If your the vampire and Gibby is the werewolf. As soon as he rips off that shirt, she's going to puke." Sam replies.

" Now I understand." I say. We take a small detour through the park to get to Bushwell. I look up at the sky and see a full moon.

" Full moon." I point out to Sam, with my finger pointing up.

" And the stars." Sam says amazed. My arm got a mind of it's own and wrap it's self around Sam's waist. Sam didn't flinch or attempt to murder me. I held her closely to me.

" I've never seen the stars so clearly." Sam says.

" Yeah. Never." I say. I bring my eyes back to Sam. Sam had this dreamy look in her eyes as she looked back at me. Her eyes looked deep into my eyes for one second and then they were looking down at my lips. I knew what she had in mind. I look back into her eyes and I lean in slowly. I kiss her passionately on the lips. Sam kisses back and snakes her arms around my neck. I keep my arms around her waist. Sam pulls back.

" So you are a vampire?" Sam asks.

" What do you mean?" I ask back.

" Vampires read minds. You kissed me." Sam replies smiling.

" Or maybe it's because I know you too well."

" Shut up and kiss me vampire nerd."

" Just say one thing."

" Say what?"

" Vampires turn me on." I say smiling. Sam bites her lip and rolls her eyes.

" Vampires, turn me, on." Sam says.

" Now state that you read the midnight series." I say.

" Mood killer." Sam says pushing me off. She walks away.

" Come chase me Fredward Fullen." Sam says in an innocent voice as she continues to walk.

" I will get you Becca Sparrow." I say chasing after her. I am running after Sam in the park, at night with the moon lighting the night sky.
