"Justin! Justin!" Brian screamed as he raced inside Babylon. Panic filled him. The idea of something happening to Justin, of losing him...He couldn't handle it. Next to Micheal Justin was the pesron he cared most about in the world. "JUSTIN!"
He saw Ted from a distance "Ted, are you all right?" Ted nodded, his body shaking. Emmett ran up to both of them.
"Thank God," Emmett breathed."I thought somethign had happened to you."
"Have you seen Justin?" Brian asked breathless and both shook their heads. Suddenly Brian heard a faint moan from the rubble.
"Justin? Justin!" He saw a hand underneat some wood.
"Oh my God," whispered Emmett. Ted stared in horror. Brian quickly moved the pieces of wood from underneath Justin's body.
There laid Justin, his face covered in burn marks, his leg twisted at an odd angle. And he wouldn't stop coughing.
"Justin?" Brian was filled with panic. "Justin! Can you hear me?"
"Bri...an..."moaned Justin. Brian squeezed Justin's hand.
"Squeez my hand if you can hear me!"
Emmett ran outside.
"Help! We need help in here!" Two paramedics with a stretcher rusehd inside.
"You found Justin?" Mrs Taylor cried. Debbie was next to her, so was Micheal, Ben, Lindsey and Melanie.
Emmett nodded, his face pale. Jennifer stared athim.
"Where is he? How bad is it?"
Her voice grew to a shrill tone as Debbie clasped at her shoulder tightly. They watched as paramedics carried Justin out in a stretcher.
"Oh my God!" Jennifer shriekd. "Justin!"
Lindsay gasped and Debbie grasped Micheal's hand' All of them stared in horror as they watched Justin be loaded in the ambulence.
"I'm his partner," Brian suddenly said to a paramedic. "I'm going-"
"I should go!" Jennifer argued. "I'm his mother!"
"Come on, Jen," Tucker said softly. "I'll drive you. Brian should go."
Jennifer nodded, her body shaking. Quickly Lindsay, Melanie and Debbie helped her to the car. Micheal grabbed Brian's hand, surprising him.
"Everything's going to be okay," Micheal whispered and Brian shook his head and swallowed.
"You don't know that," he mumbled. Tears filled Micheal's eyes. While he had been angry at his best friend he hated seeing Brian in this kind of pain, of seeing Justin this seriously injured.
Flashbacked entered Brian's head as he climbed into the ambulence. This was too much like prom night. Justin critically injured, his life hanging on a thread once closed his eyes and did something he never did in his life.
He prayed that God would spare Justin so he could tell him he loved him, before it's too late.
