Bedtime: Continuation

[Four years later]

Fai re-adjusted his reading glasses while Kurogane was lightly dozing off. It was once again a very warm summer house in the Fluorite-Suwa household. It was silent, tranquil, and very comforting.

However after a few minutes, Fai fidgeted and wiped his forehead. He looked over at Kurogane who was lying on his back. He nudged him gently. "Kurgs…..Kurgs…." When he heard a soft groan from the man, Fai put up the cutest face he can muster up. "Kuro-sama, I'm hot~!"

Kurogane sighed.

Then the taller man reached out and took a remote. He pressed a button. The room's AC turned on and the room got a bit cooler. "There. Happy?"

Fai pouted. "Aw but Kuro, I was kinda hoping for you to turn on the fan. The fan's better for the bedroom, I think."

Kurogane smirked. He pressed another button and a fan turned on in the center ceiling of the room.

The blonde crossed his arms with a frown. "That's not fair Kurgs."

"Neither is treating me like a dog." Kurogane retorted. "So I got that Syaoran kid to install this system. Works nice, right?" He smirked.

"That's a shame." Fai said after a few moments of silence. "And here I thought that I would reward my darling big dog an excellent treat if he were to do a little trick for me." He then dramatically sighed. "I guess Kuro-dog will never get his treat for his loyalty."

"…"

It happened so fast. One minute, Fai had the covers on and the next it was flying off the bed as he was pinned down on the mattress but a certain black-haired man. He looked up to see a familiar glint in those red eyes.

"Loyalty?" Kurogane said. "Since when I was a good dog?" He lightly joked. "You ought to be careful blondie; I might sink my canine teeth on your damn neck."

Fai blushed at the suggestiveness but smiled nonetheless. "Well then, I like to see you try. You big bad dog you." A smirk was seen before the lights were out in the bedroom.

'Once a dog, always a dog. Right, Kuro-sama?'
