She hates how she has to beg him to say "I love you."

(But she loves how it rolls off his tongue)

::

She loves his long hair, always silky and smelling of coconuts.

It was worth it when her mom thought she was a lesbian.

(It wasn't worth it when Helen Chu ran her hands through it, wanting to "see what Jade was always talking about")

::

She loved how he loved that she hated so many things.

She hoped he knew that she loved him.

(Even though she wouldn't admit it.)

::

She. Hates. Tori. Vega.

She loves that Beck doesn't even give Vega a second thought.

::

She loves coffee. Almost as much as she loves Beck.

Too bad Beck is a hot chocolate person.

::

She loves their first kiss.

"I like you." He said with the innocence of a 6-year-old.

"What do you wanna do about it?" She asked, pretending to be disinterested when she really wanted to be his.

"This." He kissed her sweetly and she smiled internally. But something wasn't right.

And that's when she punched him.

"You kiss like a tweeny-bobber."

All of their kisses are filled with passion and fire now.

::

She hates bras that hook in the front.

It's only because she knows Beck loves a challenge.

(Although, he's gotten quite good at it.)

::

She hates when she sees Vega's name next to the role of "Penny." She looks again. Beck…is playing Tori's opposite.

Screw both of them.

(But all she's really hoping is that they aren't screwing each other).

::

She hates how he looks into Vega's eyes during their scene. He tells her he loves her.

She's jealous, even though she knows he's reading the script.

She loves how as soon as he gets of stage, he points out how she can't pronounce "inconsolable." She smiles, because she was about to say that.

::

Mommy dearest says they're a match made in Hell.

Beck disagrees. Mrs. West lets him know later that today is Opposite Day.

He whispers back, "Okay then. I hate Jadelyn West with every fiber of my being."

Jade hears it loud and clear. She smiles.

::

She loves that she and Beck are auditioning for Romeo and Juliet.

She hates that Tori Vega gets the part.

::

She hates Vega's botched pronunciation of Shakespeare.

She loves that Beck drops out when he sees how upset she is.

(This proceeds in an epic fail: Robbie is cast as Romeo).

::

She loves their unbridled giggling during Vega and Robbie's performance.

She hates how the audience jumps up in a standing ovation at the end.

(She loves when Beck tells her it is out of respect).

::

Jade loves Beck.

Beck loves Jade.

Jade hates the thought of losing him.

Beck hates the thought of losing her.

::

BLEH
