Itachi

A child was born, named "Weasel" and "Fan"
Used as a pawn in a puppeteer's plan.
Loyal to his village, elders and lord
He paid a price that some can't afford.

Born in the throes of a bloody war,
A pacifist for life, he solemnly swore.
But all of this planning and hopes were in vain
As loyalty to the village meant more than his pain.

Rebellion was stirring in the veins of his clan
And the elders devised a corrupted plan.
Sick in mind, they gave Itachi a command
To kill his whole family with his own peaceful hand.

Itachi is ANBU with a pacifist mind,
He can kill without thought, leave his conscience behind.
He trained for his village, perfected his skills
And murdered his clan by his village's wills.

He obeyed the orders, killed all that he saw,
But saved his brother, who meant more than the law.
He asked his brother to kill him, to bring his demise,
And left his brother to nurse his despise.

When his brother killed him, he died and he smiled,
No longer was Sasuke an innocent child.
He had killed the betrayer, returned his clan's honor,
And given Itachi something to live for.

Yes, I read about and partially fell in love with Itachi. It's so sad that he had to give so much for his village and it won't ever truly be recognized. He had loved the people there so much he would sever his blood ties and be labeled a criminal for them.
