Just One Kiss

Victor/Sarah

A/N: I know…another one, LOL! But, I keep on getting ideas for Victor and Sarah after watching House of Anubis. Okay, so this is another one when Victor and Sarah are still, of course and obviously, teenagers. It would be really GROSS to write a modern day thing for me. Hehehehe, anyway, in this story Victor tries almost everything to win back his friendship and maybe…JUST MAYBE even his love for Sarah. SLASH! And, read and review! Sibuna!

Sarah sat on the window sill, peering out into the green world beyond. She felt tears form in her eyes as a knot grew tighter. There had been so many lonely years without her father and mother. Some days, she, too, wished she could be dead like them. Victor senior had stepped out of his office and glowered at who he called the nit-witted girl and an encumbrance. "I'm going out. Don't even try and pull off anything stupid. For if you do, I shall know. The Black Bird always watches." Victor senior hissed, darkly. Sarah got chills down her spine and paid no attention to Victor as he left.

Meanwhile, Victor's son had been sitting on the porch reading a novel. "I'm going out, Victor. Make sure that nit-wit stays out of the cellar and out of our business. Keep an eye on that girl." He said. The teen nodded, closing his book.

"Yes, father," he returned, going in the house. The young Victor went upstairs to find Sarah sitting on the window sill. "My father's gone."

Sarah ignored him and laid her head against the window. "Leave me alone, Victor." She muttered, letting the silent tears fall. He came over and sat down next to her. "What did I just tell you?"

"Sarah, can we please spend some time together?" Victor asked, nearly fumbling for the right words.

"What makes you think I'd want to spend time with you? Victor, you broke my heart!" Sarah cried. "When I wanted to be friends with you, all you did was push me away!"

Victor felt a pang of guilt run through his heart like a dagger. "Sarah, I-I'm sorry. M-my father…he…"

"Nothing you say can mend what you've done to me!" Sarah exclaimed, getting up. "Talk to me when the old Victor isn't afraid to be my friend around his father."

She stormed out and ran to her room. Victor flinched when she slammed the door. He may have not confessed it, but he did still love her. His father was a manipulative control-freak really. He went to try again to talk to Sarah. "Go away!" she yelled. "I told you I want nothing to do with you!"

"What if…" he paused, taking in a deep breath. "What if there was a way I could make it up for you—for me being such an ass?"

He could hear her shuffling around. "How would you make it up?" she inquired, slowly opening the door. That was the first time Sarah ever saw Victor smile at her kindly.

"Just one kiss…even though my father is…"

"Evil?"

Victor sighed. "Just listen to me, Sarah, for once."

"I've always listened to you." She reminded, opening the door a little more.

"I know…but, let me show you…" he resumed. "Just one kiss, no matter how badly I turn out; you'll always have my heart."

Sarah felt her chest flutter as she blushed. "I knew you weren't all bad. I knew the old Victor was there."

He smiled sheepishly before they leaned in, a little unsure of how the kiss would turn out. He was surprised by himself and she surprised herself. When she pulled away, he stroked her face. "This is only for us."

She nodded with a genuine smile. "I have no one to tell." She whispered.

"I…erm,"

"What is it?" she inquired.

"Never mind," he said, blushing. "See you at supper."

He fled back downstairs, leaving Sarah flustered and smiling as she closed her door. That had been the best moment of her life and she'd never forget it.

I hope ya'll liked this one too! Sibuna!
