The following Night…
Franklin Mott/The Bachelors Confession
I had noticed a few things about the remaining girls. From the start Coke and Bones became attached at the hip, the same goes for Ushanka and Screech. At least that's what I thought. You see, Jesse just told me that today he'd discovered the two lovely ladies Ushanka and Screech worked at the same vampire bar in Shreveport. Neither had disclosed that information to me and naturally one's occupation is one of the first things that the girls are asked when filling out on the questionnaire.
So now, I'm curious… why would they keep something as basic as that from me...? Given where the ladies work at, I want to make sure, I am not courting someone who is already claimed.
Garry knocked on the door, he heard Ginger scream and a moment later Yvette opened the door, she was barely clothed, only a little towel covered her private areas.
"Uh, Miss Ushanka, Franklin would like to speak to you," He asked, although it was difficult, he made sure to keep his eyes on her face.
"I am not dressed, I will need more time." She groused.
"I'll come back for you"...His said, "Is Screech ready?" His eyes roamed pass her and landed on Ginger, she was dressed in her signature too tight, too short, brightly colored dress with matching heels.
"She is…" Yvette raised a brow when she realized what was happening, "wait, he wants to talk to her too? Why?" Yevette did not want Ginger getting anything before her, she didn't want her getting anything at all from Franklin.
"That's private," He said to the woman in front of him, "Miss Screech, Franklin would like to talk to you, please meet him in Confession Room 1."
"Eek!" She whelped, grabbed her purse and quickly followed Garry.
Franklin greeted Ginger and asked her to have a seat on the plush crimson couch. "I brought you here to ask you a few questions before our group date tonight."
Ginger smiled and nodded, while trying to contain the excitement bubbling in her, she liked being alone with the handsome Vampire.
"Did you and Yvette know each other before coming on this show?"
"Yes, we both work at Fangtaisa, 'where life begins at night'," She chirped in her thick southern drawl, "I'm the only full-timer, I mostly waitress and tend the bar. I've worked for Eric and Pam for…" she paused, unable to quite recall how long, but she knew it was a long time," Uh, well, I think since well, a really long time."
Franklin nodded diffidently, "How long has Ushanka worked at the nightclub?"
"Umm, just a few months, she's the best and the prettiest dancer we got, everybody loves her," she said with a bright and sincere smile.
"Dancer," he repeated. "At Shreveport's Fangtaisa," The words tumbled slowly and cautiously out of his mouth, each one wrapped in a heavy voice.
"Yeppers!" Ginger squealed, "Hey, I can dance too," bounced out of her seat and begin to dance. Franklin watched in amusement as she danced awkwardly, singing a country song out of tune, he thought she was cute, honest and loved that she was always eager to please.
"That was a lovely dance Screech," he said standing to his feet.
"Thanks!" she paused her movements and Franklin took the moment to hug her.
"Would you please excuse me." He asked.
"Sure," Ginger was disappointed that he was leaving, but was a good sport about it, she hugged him back while kissing his cheek, "see you later." And then he left the room, she waved earnestly at him as he walked away.
"Who is it now!" Yvette was annoyed by the sounds of yet another disturbing knock on the door.
"Well hello, Franklin," She smiled flirtatiously when she saw it was the bachelor in the flesh. He had a wolfish smile on his face, his eyes fell from her flawlessly made-up face to the dancer's curvaceous frame.
"Hello Ushanka, my, you look lovely, how are you this evening?"
"Very great, would you like to come in?" She asked with a bright smile. Not waiting for a response, she walked into her room. He followed behind, watching her hourglass frame seductively glide across the room and settle in a vanity chair.
"I'll only be a moment."
"You stay as long as you want." Her foreign accent was a pleasure to listen to, thanks to her speech patterns and the rhythm of her delivery.
"You and Screech are coworkers correct?" He asked, noticing the drastic shift in her demeanor.
"Did she tell you that?"
"Are you denying it?"
"Why is this brought up?"
"I'm just trying to get to know you better."
"Then know me, you don't need to talk to doormat."
"Doormat?" Franklin's eyebrow rose incredulously.
"Yes! She's doormat, doormats get walked on. Yes?"
"You haven't answered any of my question love." His lips curled into a wicked grin.
"Ask better one." She pouted.
"I think we are done here." With a level tone, he replied while turning slowly towards the door. He was truly crushed by what just took place. How can someone so beautiful, be so cold, he wondered.
"Wait, Franklin," She huffed, standing to her feet and placing a warm hand on his shoulder. He turned to face her and when he did, she leaned in and kissed his cool lips, the vampire did not resist her advances, he kissed her back in earnest. After a few moments she needed air, so she parted lips with the handsome vampire bachelor.
"Wow," she said panting, she could not believe she enjoyed the kiss as much as she did, perhaps the very wealthy vampire has more to offer than just money after all, "so you will stay longer?" she asked, even though he was already walking towards the door.
"I'll see you tonight," Franklin smirked and closed the door.
