Toph's Letter

Hey everyone! I'm sorry I haven't updated my stuff lately, but with the amount of bros I have, it's tough. Anywho, I was watching Avater: The Last Airbender- The Runaway and when the end came with the letter, I started to wonder, what did Toph write?

Dear Mom and Dad,

I have Katara writing this for me. She's the waterbender.

I wrote this to say that I'm really sorry that I ran away. It was selfish and stupid and I probably really hurt you. But Aang needed me. The WORLD needed me. I couldn't just ignore them and stayed while everything was devoured in fire.

You always thought that I was helpless, sweet, and innocent. I'm sorry, but I was never any of those things, and I never will be. I'm rough, and stubborn and filled with the knowledge that they world is a terrible place. Nothing can change that. I know I asked you once before, but I want to ask you again. Please accept me for who I am. I'll never be the girl you want me to be, but I hope you can love me and respect my decisions anyway.

We're currently hiding out in the Fire Nation, trying to find a way to destroy them without Aang. By the way, you might want to go looking for Shin Fu and Master Yu. I kinda metal-bended them into the cage they trapped me in. They aren't far from the manor. They're sitting at the crossroads.
