Slowly creeping through his bedroom door, Pip wearily made his way downstairs, being careful not to make any noise so not to wake his foster siblings. When he made it to the living room, he peeked through the curtains of the large window by the door. He smiled when he saw a familiar dark shadow standing in his front yard.
Damien smiled when Pip opened the door slowly and stepped out.
"I'm sorry I didn't come out last night, Damien." Pip told him in a hushed whisper, quietly closing the door behind him with his back. He made sure that his every move was as quite as possible out of fear of getting caught. He smiled at Damien and put his arms around him in a hug. "Emily came crying to me that see had a nightmare so I had to sleep next to her all night."
Emily was one of Pip's foster siblings. She was only five years old, she scared very easily and was horribly shy. Pip wondered why she favored him above everyone else in their little family, they have only been siblings for two years and she's known the rest of them for so much longer. But still, he liked being able to comfort her when she was scared, it made him feel so helpful and loved.
Pip bit his lip."...I don't think we should meet in the middle of the night anymore. It's too risky, what if they find out I'm gone?" Damien glowered at Pip, not much liking him being so uptight and paranoid. His dour expression suddenly lightened and he placed a soft kiss on Pip lips. One kiss turned to two, and soon the two had their lips locked together in a passionate and needy kiss.
They pulled apart. Pip was blissfully panting and staring up at Damien dreamily while Damien held him tightly in his arms. "Still worried?" He asked, running a hand through Pip's long blond hair. Still caught in a peaceful daze, Pip shook his head, nuzzling his face in the others toned chest. Damien smiled and let go of the smaller teen. "Alright then, let's go!" Damien turned around and walked over to his car that was parked in front of the house next to Pip's.
Pip grinned and slipped his purple sleeping rob off his shoulders, revealing the tight black shirt and snug fitting dark jeans that he wore under it. The perfect outfit to go clubbing in with his boyfriend.
"So what was Emily's dream about?" Damien asked once Pip was sitting next to him in his car. Pip glanced at Damien with surprise. Damien had never shown interest in his foster family before. But Pip smiled anyway and told him about the nightmare Emily had cried to him about. "She dreamt that I ran away one night and never came back." Damien laughed at that, starting up the engine.
"Don't laugh!" Pip scolded him. "She was hysterical about it."
Damien grinned as he pulled his car out off the crib. "I don't blame her." He laughed. Pip raised an eye brow at him. Damien took his eyes off the road and turned his head towards Pip. "I'd cry too if you ran away from me and never came back." Pip blushed and let out a laugh. He gave Damien a soft push. "Shut up, Damien!" He said, raising a hand to his mouth to contain his laughter.
While they were laughing inside the car, neither boy noticed the pair of sad blue eyes watching them drive off. From inside the house, a small five year old girl stood up in her bed, looking out her window and clutching her teddy bear tightly in her tiny hands. Tears welled up in her big blue eyes as she watched the black car speed down the block.
