Another Merlin/Freya poem, from Merlin's view. It's set right after she died, so he's very emotive…
I whisper for you in the Darkness.
At night it's so cold, breeze chilling the bone,
As I lie in bed, completely alone.
I whisper for you, words coming out soft,
So not to wake Gaius, up from my loft.
I think of you always.
Wherever I go, you're inside my head,
When I see a brunette, I'm so easily mislead.
But only for a second, then I see it's not you,
I only cry when I'm out of plain view.
I see the world in a new light.
I now see the world differently,
Before I never studied it intently.
It had been perfect; nothing wrong,
But it's been this bad for oh so long.
Have they noticed?
Gaius knows of my pain inside,
But does Arthur know when I'm teary-eyed?
I'm sure Gwen's noticed the pain in my eyes,
And everyone talking how my grin quickly dies.
What can I do?
I'll have to wait for my heart to heal,
For at the moment it's punctured like a bicycle wheel.
The only thing I can do is wait,
For one day I'll she her, when the time is great.
Again, there you go… please REVIEW! Even if it's one word that says, 'Bad' or 'Okay'! Pwease?
